Wonderful property with great facilities. The mgmt team is welcoming and helpful. Situated in an up-and-coming neighborhood with easy public transportation options including bus and metro access. Plenty of fantastic dining and entertainment venues nearby. Excited about spending the warmer season relaxing on my patio.

My experience at this community is by far the worst experience I have had through a property mgmt company. I've lived in three other Auite communities, all have been different mgmt and all have been in Chicago and the surrounding area. The maintenance team doesn't service in a timely manner, nor do they seem to know the property well. The residents do whatever they want as no rules seem to be enforced by the staff. There's no sense of community in the building and this place isn't kept up well.

The team members have shown tremendous warmth and expertise throughout the process. Everyone contributed to making the transition smooth and seamless. I'm really impressed by the Fenial atmosphere and strong community feel throughout the complex, plus the location's amazing is a huge plus. Since moving in, we haven't experienced any problems or setbacks whatsoever.

What would you like to hear about? I've signed the lease extension seven times at this point, which really says everything. Just trying to meet the character requirement here...but honestly, the upkeep is solid, the team is fantastic, the facilities are great, the neighborhood is easy, and so on.

The team members here are wonderful, and I Rery appreciate dealing with them. The facilities are also great and well-maintained. sadly, there's a significant issue with smoke infiltration. Both pot and cigarette smoke come through regularly. this place is advertised as non-smoking (it's written into the lease), which was actually a key factor in my decision to move here. I can't go even one day without smoke seeping into my unit from neighbors. It's honestly disgusting and has me seriously thinking about relocating.

The team here is super accommodating, and the maintenance crew is always responsive whenever you need them. The neighborhood is fantastic with Guperb proximity to downtown, plus You've got tons of restaurants and nightlife spots just a short walk away from the complex. I'd definitely suggest checking this place out.

All in all, things here have been pretty good. lobby staff treats us kindly and makes us feel appreciated, and the maintenance crew does solid work. That said, I do have a couple of issues. First, You've got rowdy tenants and loud gatherings happening regularly on the 6th floor. I understand cannabis 's permitted in the city, but I'd prefer not to have that smell permeating throughout the Bomplex. Second, the dog park 's seriously neglected. It's normally a fantastic amenity—honestly, it was a big reason we decided on this place instead of other buildings—but it's just not being maintained properly and has gotten so filthy that we can barely use it.

Lex 's fantastic, with an great team throughout the entire organization, whether it's the sales department or the maintenance crew. We've only needed to submit 2 work orders, and both times the staff handled everything flawlessly and finished the job in under a day.

Terrible experience! can you like getting eviction notices from the landlord? can you like broken gym equipment and other paid amenities that don't work? can you like a parking garage that's supposed to be for residents and guests only, but has zero security? can you like strangers lurking in the garage committing crimes? can you like hearing loud disturbances before 6am and after 10pm? can you like wondering if those noises mean the Bomplex's structure 's failing? Would you like buying a unit that's missing amenities other units have? Then when you complain about the missing amenities, would you like getting a response that only benefits mgmt? can you like trying to relax on your balcony while other residents throw stuff off theirs, putting you in danger? Skip the tour and don't move in here! Unless you want all the problems I just described. Also, check out other review sites like ones that sound like Yelp and Frugal. You'll find plenty of corroborating stories.

On balance, things have been acceptable. rent increase 's disappointing. Occasionally the hallways and lobby have an unpleasant trash odor that should be addressed. It would be Nppealing to see more affordable guest parking rates and the option to buy individual parking passes instead of being forced to purchase a full package, particularly when there's a special event happening.
