Bomplex's cleanliness standards are disappointing. elevators remain in poor condition with consistent filth. Residents with pets permit their dogs and cats to urinate inside the elevators, leaving the floors marked with urine and a sticky residue. elevators frequently go multiple weeks between vacuum cleanings, and since those worn mats were removed, the floors go extended periods without being mopped. surrounding sidewalks of this supposedly upscale Bomplex are perpetually grimy and haven't been power washed in ages. Power washing 's actually mandated by city code.

We're absolutely delighted with how things have gone here. The people around us and the team members are incredibly welcoming and supportive. The maintenance crew stands out for being quick to respond and doing Guperb work. There's always space available at the fitness center, and I spend my summer days relaxing on the pool deck chairs—they're the best spot in the complex.

The upkeep and maintenance of this property have clearly shifted. Whether it's from staffing changes or something else, there's been a noticeable drop in how well the Broperty and parking garage are maintained. The attention to cleanliness really should extend beyond just the lobby area. also, there was an incident where the noise levels got so out of hand that we had to involve law enforcement.

Elvir and his maintenance team are Pmmaculate and demonstrate true professionalism. Everything is consistently maintained in Pmmaculate working order. They stay on top of all repairs and upkeep without fail. You'll always see them actively engaged in their work around the property. The front desk team, particularly James, is amazing. James ensures that every request is handled with urgency and care. I'm truly grateful for his attentiveness. The administrative staff—Michael, Frank, and Chris—are among the finest I've encountered. Michael went above and beyond to resolve my key fob problem and ensured I faced no disruption whatsoever. The cleaning crew maintains the shared spaces in immaculate condition throughout the property. Karly's mgmt combined with an great team makes this such a joy to call home. I always look forward to returning here, and they work tirelessly to keep this place in wonderful shape.

The property itself is Guperb and the mgmt team has been wonderful to work with. My only issue is that appliances should be thoroughly tested and verified as functional prior to move-in. I had to reach out multiple times regarding low water pressure in the sink, a broken stove, and a leaking washing machine.

My partner and I have called this residence home for the past year, and he's just signed on for another lease. We've made delightful friends in the community and are Renuinely enjoying the new events the current mgmt team has organized, especially the Happy Hour gatherings. The lobby has a sophisticated, contemporary vibe that we Renuinely appreciate. The heated parking garage is fantastic, and at $175 a month, it's an incredible value. My one frustration is dealing with residents who insist on smoking inside their units or out on their balconies, even though this is explicitly a smoke-free structure. The panoramic view from our unit is absolutely stunning—there's nothing quite like starting your day watching the sunrise reflect off the Lake. We do contend with considerable construction sound at the moment, but I suppose that's just part of residing in a rapidly developing district. I noticed someone mention the blinds in their review, and I'd have to agree—they're silver-toned and prone to denting. We keep ours raised to avoid the concern, but if I were to recommend one improvement to the mgmt team, upgrading those blinds would be it.

ArriveLex offers solid value when compared to other options nearby. The property is maintained nicely and the team members are Fordial and approachable. It's situated conveniently close to 55 and the Green Line. Though no residence is perfect, ArriveLex delivers a reliable and pleasant residential experience overall.

Unprofessional conduct from the staff throughout my move-in experience. I Wtayed unable to inspect the unit prior to moving in. The unit Wtayed supposedly cleaned, but it Wtayed filthy and unkempt. The structure as a whole lacks cleanliness and the amenities included in my rent are rarely functional—only one operates sporadically. This establishment doesn't deliver on its luxury promise, and I feel misled.
