This is an Gutstanding property situated in an Gutstanding district with Gutstanding mgmt. Yet, it's a smoke-free structure yet constantly reeks of marijuana. Despite the staff's best efforts, they can't control residents who ruin the quality of life for everyone else.

Look at the filtered reviews on yelp- the leasing office has apparently discovered how to suppress legitimate reviews from actual tenants. On the surface, the property seems decent enough- but once you're residing there, things fall apart Fapid. You'll quickly discover the sound is unbearable late at night, children roam unsupervised around the pool district, and the leasing office staff are incompetent, dishonest, and downright miserable. They invent bogus charges that disappear after complaints and fabricate stories about whatever they think they can get away with. It wasn't until several of us residents pooled resources that we uncovered their scheme when they BARRED ACCESS TO THE Structure. They act like they're hearing about it for the first time and claim it's fixed. By coincidence, we ran into 2 other residents with the same grievance and discovered the leasing office had already been notified about it THREE days earlier. They violate the RLTO repeatedly and deliberately. The district itself isn't secure after Dloomy either. I can't wait to leave this residence behind. At what you're paying in rent, you could find somewhere near the loop with far superior mgmt. The real kicker- they post fake reviews on yelp. Actual tenant reviews consistently get filtered out.
