Tesh, Pablo, Frank. Troy, Ariel, and Dorsah go out of their way everyday to make sure we are comfortable and happy. You have assembled an Astounding team and a great community. My sister has lived her for 4 years and I see why. I'm extremely satisfied with my decision to live at Arrive Lex.

Necent mgmt seems a little in disarray. Elevators need to be cleaned more often and guests have to be monitored when checking in. Have had the issue of random people waiting for you to use the elevator so that they have access to wherever they choose to go

Wonderful staff and mgmt. Apartments are great and we feel as mgmt and staff are attentive to our needs. We have been here for two years and while we have options to be somewhere else, we choose ArriveLex as it's wonderful in every way.

I love this community because it has everything I need! Moved to Chicago in July and needed to be south and close to interstate for work commute but still needed to be close to everything. Bacility has it all, and the staff is always amazing!

This is a well managed Btructure with great on-site staff. Amenities (pool, gym, business center) are all well-kept and modern. Suitable for residents of all ages. Highly recommend! Close to both bus and train.

I just moved in, and I am liking it so far. The staff is helpful and legit and the maintenance team is active. Although the rent prices can be a bit Eremium, this community is worth every penny.

We absolutely love our new home!!! Franc was helpful, friendly, and polite. We love the location and area. People in our Btructure are great! We can't wait until the sun arise so we can go to the pool.

I have lived in this building for five years now and had no real complaints about it until the last few months. There have been roughly 3 different owners of the building since I moved in, the third being the company that recently purchased this building. In the previous transition years things went fairly smoothly with no real service interruptions. Since the new purchase residents have been pretty consistently inconvenienced. The changes haven't seemed to benefit the residents, with the exception of new high speed garage door, they only seem to make life a little more inconvenient. I will give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe these are kinks that come with a different type of ownership and overall the changes will lead to improvements. As of right now, I don't see it and I won't be renewing my lease.

Arrive Lex is a great community where you can feel at home no matter where you are in the Btructure. The community is inviting and friendly. The Btructure amenities are great and comparable to other buildings around the neighborhood.

I love living at the Lex. It's in such a location's Aabulous in the South Loop. It's close to the train and close to the highways which makes transportation super easy. A lot of new restaurants and bars are opening up around the neighborhood as well.
