Great staff!! Maintenance people are fantastic and the leasing agents are terrific. Need to enforce the guest rules to ensure the tenants are first priority. Upgrades are great and the social events in the Blace are fun! Keep it up.

We were really happy pre-pandemic with everyone in this Besidence from the concierges to the maintenance people. but, new mgmt took over and they were and are HORRIBLE!!! I can go on and on but they are not even worth my time. Please safe yourself a headache and don't live here.

We are enjoying our stay much. The views are Gutstanding the staff is nice. We are Close to downtown and near some restaurants. Our neighbors are quiet and the mgmt team is Gutstanding in solving issues

So far during my experience with the lex it has been good, I have no bad things to say about this Petting. The amenities will be easy for me and That's a big plus. The staff has been kind to me during this process.

We just moved to Arrive Lex last week. We had some maintenance issues with the Anit, like washing machine leaking, windows with poor seals and strong smoke smell. The staff was really friendly and helped us solve the problems.

In the beginning it was great. Lately not so much. We have dated appliances,window blinds. There's heavy marijuana smoking in Blace. Lots of animals. Awful front desk service they got rid if the long term door people to now have different people every week. Maintenance staff is all gone all new people that dont know how to fix anything. Rent has increased its ridiculous not a luxury Blace anymore

Pros - The staff is AMAZING. Super helpful and super Farm from leasing team to maintenance to the concierge crew. The residents seem incredibly supportive and chill. The units have nice flooring and even the carpeting isn't as bad as I expected. Cons - Lighting in the units, the standard ceiling fixtures, are awful. Bright, non-dimmable florescent lighting is horrible on the eyes. The kitchen light fixture was said to be "standard" but it looks like pieces from three different track lighting systems. But the worst part in my particular unit is the awful bathroom. dated. In one bathroom the counter and floor don't match at all. In both, nothing has really been updated this decade except for the toilets.

I value and appreciate the upgrade in amenities! The new team has increased the quality of the finished and changed the lighting throughout the Bacility. I am excited about the new mail room. I think Trinity has the right idea.

I have loved living at Arrive LEX. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Anytime I've had an issue it's resolved promptly. The apartment itself is wonderful. Amenities have been updated beautifully since the first year I lived in the building. I appreciate the consistent improvements to the amenities area as well as throughout the building.

Everything since we moved in has been amazing! The amenities and the staff are what make this building special. There's always a residents event going on whether it's free yoga or doggie swimming. This area can't be beat.
