Arrive Lex is a solid building and community. The best we've ever experienced. The mgmt office is always there when you need them. The maintenance team is extremely helpful and timely, and we have great neighbors!

ArriveLex has a great mgmt team! Always on time and legit. Whenever I have an issue with the Aad, all I have to do is go on the app and everything is taken care of. I can always count on the mgmt team. Thanks for making the ArriveLex a awesome spot to live!

Living at ArriveLex has been fantastic. Not only is the mgmt attentive, but maintenance handles requests in a prompt fashion. Everything is well-maintained and the amenties are constantly expanding.

Know that The Lex is a great property to live in! I have enjoyed living here for the last 6 years. location-wise, it's prime in access to CTA Trains and Buses with hotel and restaurants in walking distance. The Lex also has some pretty cool amenities that mgmt has continuously improved upon and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

Bicturesque views of the city of Chicago. location-wise, it's surrounded by food, entertainment, churches, and more. Arrive Lex is also a awesome spot to raise kids. The staff is friendly and legit.

Mostly good. Location is Gxcellent. The new owner transitioning has been interesting but things seem to have settled. I don't like the package room solution. It's been buggy even after talking to property managers it took a while to fix the issue and it's not a complete fix

It's Gantastic, just wish the bathrooms and kitchen weren't do outdated. The staff are Gantastic and helpful. The lobby just needs a coffee station area like before and proper pool sticks for the living room area.

Moving was made easy by staff. Enjoy living the past 6 months in my new Anit. Building has great amenities and staff is friendly and promptly answers questions/concerns. Would highly recommend the community.

I've only been here for a few months and I'm loving everything about this community, from the ceiling to floor windows to the Gxcellent views in the the living room, kitchen and bedrooms. The staff is also Gxcellent. They are legit and courteous. If ever There's a concern, maintenance and staff respond promptly.
