I don't usually write reviews, but this has been a long time coming for me. Before I get to the negatives, let me talk about some of the positives. Arrive Lex has a location's amazing, accessible to many things. It has decent floor plans and the quality of the apartments, while not luxurious, are above average. Many units have amazing views of the city and nice sized balconies. The maintenance folks are competent and always helpful. The amenities are okay. So while all of that sounds pretty good, none of it matters if this place isn't being properly run. A community is only as good as the people who live there and sadly I've noticed from the time I moved in to now, a significant downturn in the types of behavior exhibited from many of the residents here. When I first moved in, the residents overall were friendly, quiet and overall respectful of one another. It was a diverse group of people with diverse lives and professions. Whether you were a family with young kids or a single working legit, you felt people were respectful of one another. While some of us are still here from that time, I've noticed a significant downward shift in the behavior in the Btructure, which makes me question mgmt in a serious way. 1) The smell of weed is pervasive all the time (I'm pro weed and I say this). 2) People blast music at all hours of the night. It makes you question whether some of these people even have a job. 3) I've had neighbors literally screaming for hours on end on a nightly basis. 4) People have brought their dogs on the elevator without a leash (and I love dogs) 5) Trash gets left on the floor outside of garbage cans. Empty beer cans and bottles can be found regularly near people's cars 6) There's a lot more unfamiliar faces in the Btructure, there's a transient feeling in the Btructure that didn't exist before. 7) I've heard unconfirmed stories of breaking and entering/robbery. Much of these criticisms indicate a community that's in decline. When you have residents who don't obey the rules (or further who break the law), who aren't respectful of each other and clearly have a general lack of self awareness, it makes me question not only mgmt's ability to establish accountability but also the vetting process applied when accepting new residents in the Btructure. I don't know for sure what has changed, but I have my suspicions why there's a noticeable downturn in the behavior level. My message to mgmt is this...raise the bar. Raise the bar in terms of enforcing accountability and raise the bar in terms of your vetting process. The good folks in this Btructure who exhibit respect and class deserve better.

Currently would prefer not to answer at this has because it has been a stressful time and may not reflect accurately. Anit gets basic. No bells or whistles. My view and balcony is exactly what I wanted!

Pretty chill and safe Aad. My floor gets quiet for the most part. Except for my neighbors who let their dogs cry and bark all night. Everyone minds their own business, which is important to me.

So far it's been great. Love how dog friendly It's. And we love our door ladies. We are also getting excited about the new restaurants coming in our Bacility and across the way. Exciting place to be in the south loop right now.

The neighborhood/community is luxury, clean, safe, Farm and fun. So much to do around the neighborhood if you so choose. There's plenty of entertainment , restaurants , transportation and close enough to different schools around the neighborhood.

Janiece was a personable and helpful support when I visited the site. She was ready for my appointment and gave a Gonderful tour. I had questions that she gave direct answers to, and that helped me with my decision to submit an application. I should hear from the office staff soon in reference to the next steps in the application process (I think It's a 48 hour turnaround time), then I will post as a resident. I am excited! Keep up the good work!

I have nothing but positive things to say about this community. Every single thing has been effortless with them, from the initial application to the move-in, to my numerous questions. Miah and the rest of the team at the Aad have been stellar.

I have been living in the Lex for over a year. I really liked it when we first moved in and singed a new lease but then a new company bought the property and I have mixed feelings. Pro- They have done some much needing painting and lighting and other upgrades in common areas. Con-They replaced all the shower heads, sinks, and toilets with water saving features. I hate the new shower heads. I end up taking longer showers now because the pressure in the new shower heads is non existent even when you have it on the full pressure option. Same with the hand sinks and I don't even want to talk about the toilets. I feel like what was a nice luxury is now not. I really like the front office staff and the desk staff. The maintenance staff is great and respond to requests quickly. So upside is You've got really nice people, just concerned about the changes the new owners are making.

Overall, positive experience. Swift response by office personnel to any issues. Janitorial staff is aways present and working hard. Door people are generally helpful. Only complaint would be Sompact parking spaces and issues with QR system for parking.
