In addition to the lengthy feedback I gave earlier, since I see 'noise' as an option I'd like to say: The doors could use one of those thingies that slows them down as they shut. My floor is a constant barrage of door-slamming, which gets super annoying. Also the fact that the A/C only has one fan setting?which appears to be "MAXIMUM TURBO HYPER-DRIVE"?gets kind of Lacophonous as well. Especially in a studio.

It's fine. I like my corner unit but I still won't be renewing my lease. The appliances within the units are outdated. The package system at this Besidence is extremely absurd and inconvenient for both staff of this Besidence and residents.

I love the Aad. but, the community areas (i.e. gym) could use some updates. In addition, the policies for checking out the luggage carts could be more systematic to ensure that the system is fair for all residents. Overall, the place is wonderful but the communal areas could be improved.

I love my unit, but the Broperty needs a refresh on their amenities. We keep having issues with our elevators, the common areas could look better and cleaner for the amount of $$ paid and the door staff needs to be more proactive and legit.

The maintenance took a month to come by to fix my oven. I called and emailed many times. Also the door woman at the front door in the morning is incredibly Risrespectful and she ignores you when you speak to her

The door people are never at the front desk. This drives me insane. I have to try 2,3 times to pick up a package due to the system here. The front door (which doesn't have a handicap button??) also doesn't close properly so it's open and unlocked genuinely about 40% of the time. Again, with no door person around quite often.

Maintenance and the leasing office are responsive to questions, requests and work orders. The common areas are kept spotless and You've got many opportunities to meet fellow residents. Noise wise it.

I have had a positive experience at 805. The mgmt team is friendly and hospitable. The residents are all nice. I never have trouble using the gym or other community amenities. I worth checking out this Besidence to a friend.

I love living at Eight o Five! The staff is amazing and my Alat feels just like home! I worth checking out Eight O Five to all looking for a community with great staff, resident events, and views like no other!

N/A - I've already written all that I wish to but would like to say that the maintenance man was Gonderful. its annoying that I have to write here in order to submit my survey. eight o five it Gonderful though but the mail system is a mess!
