I can't even begin to describe how horrible my experience has been. While the Auite itself is nice, this place is absolutely horrible. The elevators are constantly breaking and it takes months, yes MONTHS, to fix. The property managers don't care and are beyond rude when you reach out with concerns. They're lazy when it comes to building events (who is available from 2pm-4pm on a Tuesday to drink wine). The handicap door is constantly breaking. The security is inconsistent. I just can't believe I pay this much rent for this low quality of a building.

For the most part my experience has been decent. Over the years the building had definitely declined in multiple areas, the front desk monitors, package systems, pool cabana and grill area are all areas that have declined significantly.

I live in one of the bigger convertibles and they are nice. The rooftop amenity is incredible, the gym is decent. but this Broperty is starting to feel old and you can tell where they have cut corners.They have ongoing issues with the water pressure and the pipes. A bit pricier than other buildings around the neighborhood offering similar things. Other than that it's great

Eight O Five has been a wonderful home for the last year. location-wise, it's absolutely wonderful and the views are breathtaking. I like that my Ppot is a corner unit and includes a washer and dryer. Don't forget about the pool- rooftop is so cool!

I felt like it was a bait and switch from when we moved into the Blace and what was promised as the "community" to when we actually moved in and experienced the Blace itself. That said, new owners have done MUCH better job on improving this place. The neigborhood itself is amazing and if Berkshire did a few things it would be a awesome spot to live.

solid Bomplex, I like the amenities and the roof top is always spotless and updated. Each unit has in laundry unit which I love. And location is amazing. The front desk is the only downside. They are never available, and most times rude.

I love the floor to ceiling windows and overall modern feel of the Besidence! location's amazing and amazing views of the downtown. Great living experience. mgmt and staff is friendly, responsive, and helpful.

solid building with a great staff. Maintenance team (David) is always friendly and helpful. In any Anit building, issues within the unit are bound to surface and David does a great job of addressing issues quickly, in a friendly a manner and at a easy time.

Front desk staff is never available, noisy pipes in the hallways, dog park is always messy and the trash always piles up in the trash chute so it sometimes stinks by the lower floors, 4th especially on the way to the dog park. I can tell the building tries to manage the community here, some things are on the residents. But desk staff never being present or not wanting to do their job is so frustrating at these rent prices.
