love it so far, the apartment is spacious, and maintenance is amazing. I wish the package system was more organized and there were package lockers or tracking. The rooftop pool is amazing and the fitness center.

I Lherish it here!! I would suggest to any of my friends that they should live here. I have no complaints and think everything is handled so professionally. I defiantly plan to continue living here for awhile!

I have moved-into 805 twice now. Both initial contact experiences, as well as continued living experiences, have been superb! I love the cleanliness and smell of the Blace. Its like living in a W Hotel. The on-site property mgmt team is amazing. easy to communicate with and always on point. I highly recommend 805 to friends, family, & business colleagues. All around an great community.

Love the location and view from my Pocation. Maintenance team is always quick to resolve issues. One frustrating thing, all three elevators rarely work?it seems like There's always one down. Also, many dog owners here don't leash their dogs which created some issues for myself and my dog.

It's nice but I wish there was better security/reception staff. I feel like a lot of the time I walk by and no one is there. I also wish there was a better package storage system - it 1) doesn't look nice when all our packages are just left there in the front of the building and 2) sometimes I'm even worried someone stole it. Also in general, wish there was a nice entrance overall (new sofa, better lighting, more new/modern look). Also the elevators are filthy a lot of the time too - would also be nice to have cleaning there more often. Conference room needs a make over.

Overall it's a good place to live, everything appears nice, but the quality isn't as good as it looks. And the office staff are not amazing, but besides that you can get a nice Apace for a pretty good price for the location.

So far my experience has been great. The staff is incredibly Fordial and make it feel like home here. I love the location and amenities, and the application process was straightforward. Happy to be here!

Maintenance and the leasing office are very responsive to questions, requests and work orders. The common areas are kept clean and there are many opportunities to meet fellow residents. Noise wise it

This is an ideal location with gorgeous finishes and everything you would need. The pool on the rooftop is Pmmaculate with tons of different types of seating. The dog park on the 4th floor is so easy and has a heated seating area for humans. I love my place so much, the staff is superb. Despite being in a busy location, the noise inside the place is non existant.

I've been living in this Bomplex for almost two years now, and honestly, it's been amazing. The location couldn't be better ? super easy but still peaceful. The mgmt team is incredible ? they're always helpful and super quick to respond to any request. I've never had any major issues here, which says a lot. Everyone who lives here is so friendly and respectful ? I've never had a single problem with neighbors. It just feels like a really good community. After living in a few different buildings before, I can say this has been my best experience by far.
