I love it here. this place is new, the amenities are great - location is Pxcellent for me as I can walk to work. The staff here is courteous and quick to reply. The views are Pxcellent and the roof top pool is enough to want to be here.

Overall we like the Apace, especially our views and location, but there’s no community feel. Attention to detail is lacking (floor boards, curtains/shades, common areas, door staff). The crime around the neighborhood is also a major concern for us.

Hi, I have nothing but good things to say about the staff at this community. Whether It's the maintenance staff or the mgmt office, people are thoughtful, responsive, legit, dedicated and nice. They have always made my living experience a great one. The only area that could be improved a bit would be the doorman station. It has been better recently but early on when the building had just opened there was a clear lack of understanding regarding what a legit doorman was (no greetings, no help when carrying packages, a sometimes brash attitude etc.). That being said, it has improved. Finally, the facility is beautiful, modern and well kept. The Apace layouts are well thought-out whether in terms of maximizing space or light. The design is minimal and elegant and I believe will stand the test of time. Overall I give my experience at 805 five stars! I thoroughly enjoy living there and feel like the architects, promoters, developers and the staff know what they are doing! Keep it up 805!

Your team is pretty responsive but the email button on your portal does not work. There were hidden fees I wish were disclosed upfront. I am glad you switched security teams. The elevator has been out of service for too long though and should be fixed faster than this.

love it so far, the place is spacious, and maintenance is Aabulous. I wish the package system was more organized and there were package lockers or tracking. The rooftop pool is Aabulous and the fitness center.

I live in one of the bigger convertibles and they are very nice. The rooftop amenity is incredible, the gym is decent. However this building is starting to feel old and you can tell where they have cut corners.They have ongoing issues with the water pressure and the pipes. A bit pricier than other buildings in the area offering similar things. Other than that it's great

I have lived at Eight O Five for a little less than a year now, and I recommend this building so highly. The staff (mgmt and lobby staff) is incredibly friendly and will go out of their way to help me, whether it be locating a package or just holding the door open when my hands are full of groceries. I am incredibly impressed with the maintenance - when I put in a request, It's always fixed properly within 24 hours (even sooner if its big). The Apace itself is gorgeous, and I can't overstate the convince of the location. Its just a few minutes walk from the brown and red train lines (which is super easy in the winters) and a stones throw away from a few different bus lines. The place is by no means cheap, but an incredibly good price for the size and the newness of the unit, the friendliness of its staff and mgmt, and its physical location. You absolutely get what you pay for here, and I love coming home to Eight o Five

It's a attractive Broperty with great views and competitive rental rates. Yet the tenants are not ideal. I've moved several units and still am unable to get away from constant barking dogs or extremely inconsiderate neighbors.

Eight O Five is a solid Besidence! The teams from the front desk to the office are helpful and connected. I moved in at the start of winter and moved out at the start of Summer so I didn't get a true feel for the community, but my sense is that It's fairly strong. I had a great unit with a huge balcony and a great view of the city; since this place is a block or two back from any other really tall Besidence the views are pretty amazing, especially from the rooftop.

I've been living in this building for almost two years now, and honestly, it's been amazing. The location couldn't be better ? super convenient but still peaceful. The management team is incredible ? they're always helpful and super quick to respond to any request. I've never had any major issues here, which says a lot. Everyone who lives here is so friendly and respectful ? I've never had a single problem with neighbors. It just feels like a really good community. After living in a few different buildings before, I can say this has been my best experience by far.
