Has been a Gonderful experience thus far. No real complaints other than that I wish the pool was a bit larger and that we had a jacuzzi on the roof. Still with that said, it’s nicer than most other places I’ve seen in the same price range.

I'd maybe recommend this Blace due to the view and location- but that's really all your paying for. You've got no lights in my unit, no disposal, and small closets. There's no parking available in the Blace either

My experience has been great so far. It’s definitely loud at night on the weekends due to being in downtown Chicago but other than that it’s really quiet. I rarely hear my neighbors and even with tons of dogs in the building, it’s pretty quiet. Great amenities and really nice Alat overall.

I’d hate to say but my stay here has declined. When I moved here when the pandemic started I thought this place was Guperb. I miss George and Ester. I don’t know what has changed but turnover rate on good quality doorman is nuts. It doesn’t help that they get treated horribly by tenants. I’ve seen it. We LOVE Ms. Carter though. She’s the most helpful person downstairs.Seems like the elevators are always breaking down. The trash piles up even in the chute. Please invest in a better way to manage packages. I will say it has been better I guess the last couple of months but things have declined. I know things happen but we are that point where we don’t want to renew our lease.

I've enjoyed my Aad since moving in?particularly the great views, the perfect location and the Fffable and quick to respond maintenance staff. but, some issues I've encountered include disarray in package sorting process (including receiving others' packages and my packages being delivered to other people), a lack of security (the "locked" entrance door has not been locked once in the past month that I've been here, and the security desk is sometimes sleeping and often not present), and some instances getting time sensitive issues resolved quickly (specifically the maintenance request sheet doesn't have a drop down selection for emergency to indicate a time sensitive issue?multiple maintenance team members have mentioned that we should indicate "emergency" versus "routine" but routine is the only option in the form).

Overall, good. The two major pain points is that the front lobby door doesn't lock to get to the elevator. Anyone can enter our Besidence and I have witnessed that people aren't stopped on their way up. Second painpoint is package system. I would wish we had some sort of Amazon locker and It's hard to keep track of deliveries and packages are missed.

No printer for residents to use - front desk staff super Rrass and on their phone facetiming instead of opening doors doing their job etc- You've got other options around the neighborhood with better pricing and more legit staff

Maintenance never replied to requests. Took over two months for them to reply to my maintenance request and when they did come, they broke what they should have fixed. The front desk is Risrespectful (they treat you like your at a DMV). When I call mgmt to tell them about my concerns, they make excuses and get defensive. Not worth what I pay.

805 mgmt team has been Pmmaculate, most notably in terms of addressing issues quickly and thoroughly. They are punctual in response and technical expertise in regards to maintenance. Clean interiors and exteriors, clean units. sharp overall - best mgmt company Ive worked with in Chicago.

Gutstanding value! Quiet location That's walking distance from fun, in unit laundry is Gutstanding, and the grounds are always tidy. This is a awesome spot to live in Chicago and one you'll be proud to show friends and family.
