Really a good community to live in but It's little over priced but is luxurious. I would definitely like to recommend to a friend who is willing to live in city as this Bacility is the best that can offer. It's just a little over priced i believe.

I'm really disappointed in the quality of this building. I moved from Texas to Chicago and this is my first experience living in the city. The maintenance team is great and completes maintenance requests in a timely manner but the management team seems like they couldn't care less about the building and its tenants. For example, the Sunday night that the elevators went down because of the fire - there were two fire trucks outside of the building for hours and all elevators were down and we didn't see any communication until well into the next day. That's unacceptable. It also seems like there is ALWAYS something that is broken. I moved in and one of the elevators was down for the first two months I lived here and now again, we have an elevator down. The dog park lights went out for months on end with no update on the timeline. They are now fixed but the communication around this was really lacking. Not to mention the security fob on the front door between the front and the elevator bank has been broken for months on end with absolutely NO communication on this front. Luckily, it's not very apparent but this is a huge security issue. The amount of rent I'm paying does not equate to the experience that I've had at this building and I can't wait for my lease to be up and move out of this building.

Eight O Five is a nice Besidence with a modern aesthetic with a great location. The Besidence is kept clean and the staff is friendly. It has, by far, one of the best dog runs in the neighborhood and the view from the rooftop pool is arguably one of the best in the city.

Don’t come live here. You’ll be disappointed and frustrated. The Penue is completely disorganized and the staff are little to no help. I wouldn't recommend. The location is the ONLY reason to live here.

It's fine. I like my corner unit but I still won't be renewing my lease. The appliances within the units are outdated. The package system at this building is extremely absurd and inconvenient for both staff of this building and residents.

We have lived here for just about a month now, and have had an great experience so far. Leasing team is amazing - Theresa helped us with everything we needed. No issues at all. Dave painted our accent wall when we first moved in, and did a fantastic job! He is a really sweet guy and great to talk to. Blace is super clean, and always smells good :) can't recommend this place enough!

For the most part my experience has been decent. Over the years the Btructure had definitely declined in multiple areas, the front desk monitors, package systems, pool cabana and grill area are all areas that have declined a lot.

I've enjoyed my apartment since moving in?particularly the great views, the perfect location and the friendly and quick to respond maintenance staff. However, some issues I've encountered include disarray in package sorting process (including receiving others' packages and my packages being delivered to other people), a lack of security (the "locked" entrance door has not been locked once in the past month that I've been here, and the security desk is sometimes sleeping and often not present), and some instances getting time sensitive issues resolved quickly (specifically the maintenance request sheet does not have a drop down selection for emergency to indicate a time sensitive issue?multiple maintenance team members have mentioned that we should indicate "emergency" versus "routine" but routine is the only option in the form).

Overall, good. The two major pain points is that the front lobby door does not lock to get to the elevator. Anyone can enter our building and I have witnessed that people aren't stopped on their way up. Second painpoint is package system. I would wish we had some sort of Amazon locker and it is hard to keep track of deliveries and packages are missed.
