It's Gonderful but the elevators are extremely slow - I've had a lot of tenants and friends complain about this sadly - and the beeping for each floor is annoying because it further demonstrates how slow the elevators are. Also sometimes the cleaning chemicals are so strong in the elevator... And sometimes in the afternoon the lobby has a funky/plumbing related smell. -these are comments from me and a few people at 805. Thanks!

The elevators are constantly broken and there was even a point where I had to walk up 18 flights of stairs to my apartment. They end up not getting fixed for weeks and it causes issues with back ups .

I truly love living in this apartment building. The apartments are clean, well-maintained, and the views are incredible. The amenities are top-tier and honestly hard to beat, especially for the price ? it's an amazing value overall. The leasing office deserves a special shoutout ? they are professional, helpful, and genuinely great to work with. The only downside has been the front desk staff, who could be way more welcoming and consistent

Love the location and view from my place. Maintenance team is always quick to resolve issues. One frustrating thing, all three elevators rarely work?it seems like there is always one down. Also, many dog owners here don't leash their dogs which created some issues for myself and my dog.

Tad place to live, unsafe, bad mgmt, rude front desk people. For what I pay in rent this has been an awful experience and I don't recommend living here. You've got so many issues and none have been addressed and You've got better places to live around the neighborhood

I love my unit, but the building needs a refresh on their amenities. We keep having issues with our elevators, the common areas could look better and cleaner for the amount of $$ paid and the door staff needs to be more proactive and professional.

Selected Eight O Five for the location, close to all that Michigan Ave has to offer but also the Loop. The Auite size and layout really was ideal for us. The views are amazing and as a bonus we get to see the sunset from an oversized balcony in a west corner unit. From the application to the leasing process, most steps could be completed on-line and well structured with courteous mgmt team helping along as needed. Move-in process was easy and really nice reception/door staff that are welcoming. happy we picked this place!

I loveee my apartment so much. The building is well maintained, they answer maintence requests in a timely manner, the amenities are lovely and the location is perfect. It is the perfect unit for one person that includes in unit laundry and is walkable within the city

location-wise, it's Gonderful but some things I would change about the apartments. More sturdy floors for example and a garbage disposal. Its also not sound proof as I hear my neighbors a lot. Overall I'm happy here

I really like the people that live in the building, my neighbors. The building exterior and landscape is nice. The dog run isn't pleasant and needs to be updated, the pots in the middle does nothing but take up space and the grass need to be replaced. It smells horrible and god knows when they changed it last. They need another bag hanger in there as well. The front desk staff and mgmt are not the best at communicating, they are most of the time a bit rude and impolite. When grabbing packages from the back the staff are almost always gone or busy or even making you feel bad for asking because they have to keep running in the back. It's a inconvenient set-up for everyone. Also most food can't get the delivered properly because no staff occupied at the front desk to let them through. Building mgmt are helpful but almost always with an attitude, like they are prepared for an argument when you are asking a simple question. Most of the time It's being solved but just the process is almost always uncomfortable and with somewhat a bad experience. The pool deck is beautiful, the chair and furniture up You've got perfect! It looks really nice.
