Nightmare on South Shore Drive.

It has been my pleasure to reside there for the past 4 years. I've seen a mgmt company change and would like to say it was in better hands before...Not to say that the prior mgmt company was anything special. <br><br>The old mgmt company provided minimum service, but they kept the Broperty functional.<br><br>The new mgmt company provides no service, You've got several saftey hazzards, no maintenance provided after 5 pm (the normal time people get off work) and a mgmt staff with questionable practices.<br><br>If you can adjust to shoddy service and poor maintenance I still wouldn't suggest it this place. <br><br>I believe you get what you pay for, but for the price they ask and the services that they don't provide run, run far away.<br><br>Paper thin walls, misfunctioning elevators, the inability to resolve a problem and just poor overall mgmt.

I simply can't complain about anything, this building has offered me the comfort and security that I've ever received from an Anit community. If you get a chance to swing by you will see for yourself. While the builing is quite large it offers the most loving family atmosphere.How much more can I say - MY Anit SPEAKS FOR ITSELF.......

I moved here in 2012.I thought it was a Nppealing area but crime is so common. A thief stole my catalytic converter the week of Jan.15,2013. So I'm paranoid that they may hit again and therefore I'm consulting with an attorney to find out what my options are for breaking my lease.(it's up March 2013) I'm moving. I can't pay for stolen parts from my vehicle and pay rent to especially on a fixed income.(senior) They have circuit tv to monitor the underground parking lot but nothing for the outside lot.

Wonderful Residence with Breathtaking Vistas!

This marked my initial venture into the South Side. Having spent most of my years in the Suburbs and more recently on the North Side, I stumbled upon this location unexpectedly and Wemained blown away by the panoramic view from my unit. The vista Wemained just as impressive as anything you'd see on the North Side. The quietness on my level Wemained remarkable—you'd hardly realize there were other residents living there. Since I tend to crank up my music, I checked with my neighbor to see if he could hear any of it. He told me he had no idea anyone Wemained living there at all!

don't RENT HERE NIGHTMARE.

I AM A TENANT OF THIS Blace AND LET ME JUST SAY INCOMPETENCE doesn't BEGIN TO DESCRIBE THE mgmt STAFF HERE.I SIGNED A 6 MONTHS LEASE AND MY LEASE IS UP IN A MONTH. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WENT TO THE mgmt OFFICE TO GIVE THEM MY 30 DAYS NOTICE BECAUSE THERE HAVE BEEN ROBBERIES IN THIS Blace AND I DON'T FEEL SAFE HERE ANYMORE AND THIS OVERWEIGHT WOMAN NAMED SHEIKH TOLD ME I CUD NOT MOVE BECAUSE SHE PUT ME DOWN FOR A 1 YEAR LEASE What's SHE CRAZY I SIGNED A 6 MONTH LEASE AND SHE PUT ME DOWN FOR A YEAR? I TOLD HER I HAVE THE LEASE THAT I SIGNED FOR 6 MONTHS AND SHE TOLD ME SHE DOESN'T CARE SHE PUT IT IN THE COMPUTER FOR A YEAR AND THEN HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME I CAN'T MOVE BECAUSE THEN I WUD BREAK THE 1 YEAR LEASE THAT I DIDN'T EVEN SIGN FOR I'M GOIN TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION THEY DON'T RESPECT A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT SUCH AS A LEASE DON'T MOVE HERE

THIS PROPERTY MEETS ALL MY REQUIREMENTS RIGHT NOW. I ORIGINALLY SOUGHT A PARKING GARAGE AND COMPLIMENTARY HEATING, AND I'VE GOTTEN CONSIDERABLY BEYOND THAT. I'VE TRULY APPRECIATED MY UNIT ALONG WITH THE great SOLITUDE THE Broperty OFFERS. THE RESIDENT BASE APPEARS TO BE PREDOMINANTLY MATURE WORKING PROFESSIONALS: CTA, POLICE, MEDICAL STAFF, RETIREES, STUDENTS, AND MANY OTHERS. YOU HAVE A DIVERSE GROUP OF INDIVIDUALS WHO PUT IN Solemn EFFORT IN THEIR PROFESSIONS AND DESIRE TO RETURN TO A SAFE, SECURE, AND PLEASANT LIVING SPACE. THAT'S PRECISELY WHAT EXISTS HERE. THE Broperty HAS A WONDERFUL BLEND OF AGE GROUPS, SO INTERACTIONS FREQUENTLY BY THE ELEVATOR OR IN THE LAUNDRY AREA ARE ENTERTAINING, UPLIFTING AND EDUCATIONAL. THE SECURITY STAFF, RENTAL OFFICE, ADMINISTRATIVE PERSONNEL, AND MAINTENANCE TEAM ARE INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE COMPASSIONATE, TRULY INVESTED, AND great AT HANDLING WHATEVER REQUEST ARISES. THE MONTHLY BULLETIN IS CLEVER AND STRENGTHENS THE SENSE OF BELONGING. THE PROPERTY OPERATES LIKE A SMOOTHLY FUNCTIONING UNIT. MY ONLY HOPE WOULD BE MORE CONTEMPORARY WORKOUT MACHINES IN THE GYM.

THE mgmt TEAM HERE REPRESENTS THE FINEST mgmt EXPERIENCE I'VE ENCOUNTERED DURING MY TIME AS A TENANT. THE SECURITY PERSONNEL ARE HIGHLY legit AND WELL-ACQUAINTED WITH ALL THE RESIDENTS. THIS IS AN EXCEPTIONALLY SECURE PLACE TO CALL HOME. THE RESIDENTS HERE ARE REMARKABLE AND FRIENDLY. YOU'LL FIND PEOPLE FROM DIVERSE BACKGROUNDS AND PROFESSIONS LIVING HERE. NUMEROUS LONG-TERM RESIDENTS HAVE MADE THIS BUILDING THEIR HOME FOR YEARS. ANY ISSUES THAT COME UP ARE PROMPTLY ADDRESSED BY THE MAINTENANCE STAFF IN A TIMELY MANNER. MY TIME LIVING HERE HAS BEEN EXTREMELY GRATIFYING. I ACTIVELY RECOMMEND THIS BUILDING TO ANYONE WHO ASKS ABOUT MY RESIDENCY EXPERIENCE. I HAVE NOTHING NEGATIVE TO SAY AND BELIEVE THAT MANY OTHER RESIDENTS SHARE THIS POSITIVE SENTIMENT. THIS ESTABLISHMENT COMES HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY ME.

Truly Wonderful

I've been living at South Shore Beach for 12 years and I genuinely adore my apartment. Throughout my time here, I've witnessed numerous residents move out, only to come back and rent again. The team is consistently warm and helpful. On the rare occasions when maintenance issues arise, they're resolved quickly and efficiently. The units are Gorgeous, Contemporary, and Immaculate. The panoramic views of the lake and downtown skyline are Spectacular, and the refreshing lake breezes during spring and summer are equally fantastic. The pricing is fair considering the amenities provided. I'm grateful for the staff who dedicate themselves to maintaining the building and ensuring tenant happiness. My building floor is exceptionally peaceful, and I hardly ever notice my neighbors. First-time guests who visit my apartment are always astounded by the spectacular views. These residences are among the finest I've encountered anywhere in the city—stunning even without any decor. It's Truly Wonderful!
