long time resident, no longer.

absolutely loved my Alat, the mgmt company but was awful. unprofessional. as others have stated shawn was a complete jerk. repair process was painfull. repeated calls and workmanship was shody at best. if they painted, there was paint on my things. if they came in to fix something they made a mess. lived there a long time. over 5 years from the last time they painted and they sent me a bill for painting and a few misc. things when i moved out. i had taken photos. when i did not respond, they did not persue the matter, but... would never rent with them again.

Guperb experience!

I've have a Guperb experience with Dimensions mgmt in the South Loop! My rent is cheap and has gone up only a few dollars in 6 years. Also, the mgmt has been prompt with any problems I've ever had (which are few).

Beautiful Apace, but buyer beware. I had a studio at 525 S Dearborn, which had heat and air conditioning included in the rent, but for some reason when I wouldn't use either my electric bills were around $30, and when I did decided to kick on the heat, and especially AC my bills were closer to $90. I feel mislead and when I emailed in March to ask about this my email was ignored. I would have otherwise left a five star review were it not for this shady bait and switch tactic.

I have nothing to say except they their buildings have serious roach problems. They’re literally in the walls. They don’t caulk, they just spray and the roaches just run to nearby apartments. An absolute nightmare.

Attention Former Tenants of Dimensions mgmt?

This Post goes out to all former tenants of Dimensions mgmt....starting the beginning of next week Two former tenants of Dimensions mgmt are suing them for fraudulent charges. If you've been charged or lost part or all of your deposit based on charges that were inflated or just plain not true please send an email to [email protected]. We intend to pursue them to the fullest extent of the law and we encourage all former tenants to do so as well. if you have not recieved PAID receipts for charges you are entitled to under the law. Roaches Everywhere.

I have nothing to say except they their buildings have Solemn roach problems. They’re literally in the walls. They don’t caulk, they just spray and the roaches just run to nearby apartments. An absolute nightmare.

Dimensions mgmt is no Gice

The Apace itself was beautiful - although the radiators need to be repaired by someone who really knows what they're doing, rather than the building engineer who would more accurately be described as a "fix it" guy.<br><br>The mgmt Company (Dimensions) is HORRIBLE. They were rude to me on a number of occasions, entered the Apace illegally (without warning), and when I need to move out, they blew off the subletter that I had found myself in favor of someone else that needed to move in a week before I was ready. <br><br>I will honestly NEVER rent from them again.

Unresponsive & Riscourteous

In the 1.5 years I have rented from Dimensions mgmt on Clark, the staff has consistently been rude and unhelpful. (Sean Rios is particularly rude and unresponsive.) It's obvious that their goal is to continue collecting rent but avoid spending money on the upkeep/maintenance/repair of the building. In their commitment to this goal, they come up with far-fetched explanations about why they can't perform most repairs. They won't hire experts (e.g. plumbers, electricians, etc.) to perform repairs, but instead rely on one catch-all handyman to apply a cheap fix to problems. I have reported the following problems with my Anit in 1.5 years, none of which have yet been repaired: -low water pressure in the shower. -Lukewarm, rather than hot water in shower. -Radiators which clang extremely loudly (have to wear earplugs to sleep). -Front door to building no longer locks; door jam is falling apart.

Emailed about being interested. I Got bashed for not having Gxcellent credit and then they asked me to pay 3 months in advance and stay 3 months ahead of rent. mgmt disrespectful and inconsiderate.i won't be moving here.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!.

It's obvious that mgmt posted those last 3 comments themselves! No legitimate tenant who has actually experienced this company would ever write such things! These people are completely unprofessional and incompetent! If you value your peace of mind, you will RUN FAR AWAY from this outfit! Chicago has plenty of other property mgmt firms that are far superior.
