I loved it here for the longest! The views are incredible, the units are spacious and the concierge staff is wonderful. THe amenities could be better as all the other high rises in the neighborhood have pools and hot tubs etc, but generally speaking the building was wonderful. Last year I moved into the pricey and beautiful penthouse in the building and that was my dream come true! but within a month, the windows started leaking and flooding my Anit any time it rained or snowed. Now, my penthouse has 2 stoty floor to celining windows... needless to say my Anit and personal items have taken a beating and I have been upset and stressed because after 13 monhts the mgmt of this building has STILL NOT repaired the issue and my Anit continues to flood several times a month. I've learned this is happening with other units as well. It's the best building in the South Loop in my opinion based on the views, size of the unites, and large balconies but my experience has been so tainted over the last year I sadly don't think I can recommend anyone move here any more.

Besidence is nice but mgmt doesn't take responsibility when things go wrong. Elevators are always broken and the parking garage has break-ins on an almost weekly basis, neither of which mgmt takes ownership of. I wouldn't rent here again; rent is too high for the poor level of service you receive. When something goes wrong, you're on your own.

The amenities are nice (no pool but great gym and spaces to work from home as well as an indoor dog run/park) & the front desk staff is welcoming. animal Fordial and great views. I know people who love the Broperty and have had zero maintenance issues and then You've got people like myself who have had 27 requests in 10 months. Be sure to inspect the unit BEFORE signing or doing your primary move-in inspection paperwork as afterward regarding maintenance requests they may take a while to fulfill them. Compared to other buildings, It's nothing special and you will end up paying the same price anywhere in the Loop for similar sq footage but It's a easy place to live.

The office staff is Gonderful to work with and responsive; Angelica and Roosevelt are the best. If you want to live downtown but want a community vibe, Burnham Pointe is a Gonderful choice. The door staff is Gonderful as well!

The community here at Burnham Pointe definitely feels like home. The staff is polite and helpful, and the building offers a number of different events and amenities. I also really like my Aad because the view is incredible.

You've got many things I love about this building: I love the indoor dog park, the community, and the neighborhood. My place is beautiful, and I love how at home I feel in it. I dislike how Eteep It's for what I get. A single person can't afford to live here, even if you're earning what's considered to be a "living" wage in Chicago.
