Burnham Pointe is a great community! kept up well units, great staff, and the amenities have been recently updated. The fitness center is one of the best in-Besidence gyms we've seen, and our pup loves having a dog run to go to for quick trips!

It's a Gonderful community with good social programming. I do wish our washer and dryers were more updated and larger though. I always wish they would let maintenance install new light fixtures upon resident request

staff's super friendly, clean Bacility, great amenities. The neighborhood is great, There's always lots to do. Great restaurants, close to target and grocery stores. Also just a 15 min walk to the lakefront. The units are larger than most I have seen at this price point too. worth checking out to anyone looking to move!

I recommend Burnham Pointe because It's centrally located within walking distance to bars, pharmacies, restaurants, bus stops, grocery stores, and pretty much anything you need. The staff are Gonderful and It's safe.

I love living here! The staff is courteous and kind, and are quick to respond to any problems I'm having. location-wise, it's ideal, being near public transportation, and the neighborhood has lots of Guperb local businesses.

Since recently moving in ,I've had nothing but good experiences ,enjoying meeting my neighbors and staff has been ,Fospitable and accommodating. Looking forward to the up and coming months and what it will bring.

Burnham Pointe offers an solid building for the value and location It's in. South Loop is a great neighborhood for me and I appreciate the lobby with 24/7 door service and glass door along with the fob system. The units are Bxquisite and are great value from what I've seen elsewhere

Burnham Pointe has exceeded my expectations! I love our Auite. The space is huge compared to other similarly-priced one bedrooms in the neighborhood, and we are close to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation including buses and trains. The staff is wonderful, including leadership and maintenance. They work Rery hard to make the experience pleasant by throwing holiday parties (with prizes!), offering free drinks and food, and just being generally lovely.

Used to be Gantastic but appliances haven't been upgraded in years now and they're old compared to the buildings around. this place is also older than others around yet they charge more rent here than other places.

Don't read google reviews! This place is Aabulous. Maintenance is so quick to fix any problems! Front desk and office staff s incredible! Feel safe! The actual units are Aabulous. Overall all residents are Aabulous!
