Homey feeling with welcoming staff. Maintenance is responsive and communicative with maintenace issues in the Auite. Signed for this Auite after a look and lease, and have been content after moving in. The building feels more like a community than an Auite complex.

The neighborhood is one of the best in the South Loop area, imo. I feel safe walking around the streets. Even though the Aad doesn't have all the amenities of a luxury Aad, it has the minimum and they are all well-kept. I also love spending time in the club room and I love using the gym too. The indoor dog park was what really caught my wife's attention. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

We recently moved from an Apace complex across the street and it has been an absolute pleasure living here. The units are nice and quiet, the gym facility is great, and the service is impeccable. The finishings are high quality / condo-like and the garage in-building is easy. From the leasing office to the maintenance crew, this building has been the best building in Chicago we have lived in thus far.

Gorgeous building, nice sized apartments, all maintenance staff is lovely. Alat mgmt staff can be passive aggressive and condescending, so That's annoying to navigate. Rent is high, but it's South Loop. My rate isn't that bad compared to other, smaller buildings around the neighborhood. Overall if the mgmt staff could receive some training on better customer service I would have no complaints.

When the new mgmt took over, things went downhill fast. They couldn't even draw up a lease renewal for us since there was someone different working every few days. As other things started going downhill, we quickly decided it would be in our best interest to move out and after reading the other reviews here, I'm glad we did. The neighborhood is Gutstanding, love Villains, Target and other stores, and easy to get to CTA. Loved the 7th floor patio although I hear the new mgmt locks it in winter. The dog run is a joke since no one picks up after their dogs, but it's better anyways to hit the parks around here and give the dogs a nice walk. The pool is a joke but the gameroom is kinda nice. I also loved the spacious apartments with lots of kitchen cabinets, walk-in closet, nice bathrooms, and I loved my view over Clark Street. We were supposed to move-in to a corner 2-bed with the largest balcony ever till new mgmt took over and couldn't draw up a lease in a timely manner. The internet always was slow with MDU though. The washer/dryer is super tiny and the floors scratch easily, but I could live with both of those. Things started going downhill though when Altman took over. First the coffee machine disappeared, then they were unresponsive to messages left with their staff or on voicemail. When we would drop by in person they had every excuse possible. Over a 6 week period of time we made the decision to leave Burnham because of their ineptitude. As they were taking over, we had agreed to renew to a larger place since I would be 6 months pregnant when our lease expired and needed a 2 bedroom but an easy move. What could be easier than moving up 1 floor we though? The previous mgmt said we should have a lease to sign before they left, but they simply weren't able to get it done in 1 week and left if for Altman. Over 6 weeks of excuses, voicemails, never a returned phone call, Altman still couldn't draw up a renewal lease. So we made the best decision ever, we left. I laugh that 6 months later our 1.5 bed unit is still empty at Burnham and the one we were to move into, the 2 bed is also empty.

Gonderful experience at Burnham Pointe. The staff are kind and the leasing office was Gonderful when we moved in. The neighbourhood is nice, close to transportarion as well as Gonderful spots for food and drinks.

The location and units in the Btructure are fantastic and priced below average compared to similar units in different Btructure in this neighborhood. The door and maintenance staff are friendly and warm, but the office staff seems disinterested in providing residents with a quality experience. They do the bare minimum, in my opinion, and don't show any type of genuine care about the people in the community. With the exception of the newly rehabbed 7th floor amenities, the Btructure decor is a bit dated.

This building has a location's amazing and the office staff as well as the door staff is always so sweet and welcoming. Not to mention that the Anit itself is super cozy and there's a nice little dog park within the garage for the really cold days in the winter

I just want to give my new Bomplex some praise. I just moved in and it was the best decision I could have made.
