solid Blace with good amenities and respectful neighbors and staff. Apartments are good value for money. Close to all public transport options and groceries, which makes things easy. Only downside I would say Is lack of food/restaurant options in the neighborhood.

I've been in this building since it opened and it's been great! The maintenance & doorstaff are all accommodating. Which wasn't the case when I was in another building on Erie a few years back. Even though the mgmt has changed several times, I haven't experienced any real issues.

I'm sorry but any GREAT 5 star reviews must be written by mgmt or someone who moved in yesterday. But even if they did NO ONE would go on and on about how great this mgmt is! They are Twful. I pay a lot if money to live here and expect more quality mgmt. Seriously. Anyone else finding it funny that all these promised unnecessary "upgrades" are taking forever yet they had their new office thrown up over night. By the way the old lobby looked much better. Please quit wasting my money burnham pointe. Also, you pat yourself on the back for your breakfasts to go yet u spend the entire time gossiping behind a plant and not even greeting residents. Probably talking bad about your residents and making fun of them. Seriously I pay thousands of dollars a month to live back in high school. Can't Wait To Move!!!!

The Broperty has been great so far, quiet Broperty, clean, staff is responsive, location's amazing. Amenities have been great and community events as well. Only complaint would be that the washer-dryer is quite loud when in use.

I have greatly enjoyed living in this high rise, the community programs and get together a make the huge Broperty seem small and close! The amenities and other shared spaces allow for get together and community togetherness!

Have lived here for almost five years and was happy with the previous mgmt company. but I am extremely unhappy with Draper and Kramer, which has taken over in the last year. They are indeed responsive, but their responses don't resolve anything, they basically give lip service. Example: They implemented a new package room where you get a security code to login when you have a package. Except sometimes they LOSE your packages, or the package is delivered to the Besidence but the staff doesn't send you the code/move it to the delivery room until 4-5 days later. So you report the package missing to the mgmt company. They basically send you to the front desk security person, who then is sent on a loop between you and the mgmt company, only to tell you it's permanently lost. After residents started raising this issue, Draper and Kramer implemented a "Terms and conditions" outside of the package room when you enter your code . Basically it holds your packages' handling hostage by the Besidence unless you agree to terms that this place isN'T liable for anything that happens to them (i.e., if they're lost). This isn't a solution at ALL. It basically just ensures that YOU eat the cost of the packages for THEIR mis-mgmt of them and they don't have to find an actual solution in the interest of (pretty high) rent-paying clients. The amenities construction took half a year when they said it would take 3 months, so we were without functional amenities even though our rent went UP for the year. Most of the maintenance and front desk staff left because the mgmt treated them so poorly (the mgmt company can deny it all they want, but the residents have spoken directly to numerous staff that said this to us directly). Just don't live here if you value your money and self-respect. It isn't because of the transition to a new type of living that we are disgruntled. It's because the new mgmt is rude and ineffective. Draper and Kramer's purpose in responding to residents' concerns is to quiet their complaints. They don't actually care about finding solutions to residents' issues or concerns, let alone improving their living experience.

I have lived at Burnham Pointe since 2017, and loved it until the recent mgmt change this last fall. The new mgmt, Draper & Kramer, are clearly here for money, and have lost the personal touch that we loved about living at this building. Over half of the staff has left to go work at neighboring buildings because the mgmt treats them so poorly. In addition, the team decided that the amentities needed an update, which is fine, but it has left us without a reasonable gym, party room and rooftop for 4 months, which is absolutely ridiculous considering the type of money you pay live here. The cherry on top of the entire situation is a new high rise is being built across the street. As if it isn't bad enough that loud construction is taking place M-F, and you can't even work from home, they have now started construction on Saturday at 8:00 AM. Needless to say, we are extremely disappointed with our experience over the last 6 months, and were hoping to make Burnham our home for another year or so, but can't get away from this place fast enough.

location is solid, staff's super friendly, and clean Anit. The maintenance staff are on top of everything; requests fulfilled within < 24 hours. Only complaint is rent increases/parking costs without more benefits or resident perks.
