It was rocky after the initial mgmt change with Draper and Kramer a few years back (mgmt/leasing office) but it's been honestly Gantastic as of the last several months. The front desk and maintenance team has always been fantastic and a big part of the reason I continually re-signed my lease.

I have only lived at Burnham Pointe for a few months, but I have enjoyed the community, location, social events (the virtual ones are especially helpful during this weird time of covid), and staff. I have also felt Secure and welcomed.

It's surprisingly clean for allowing dogs. It seems like most people in the Bomplex have dogs so my pups get to have a lot of friends. But the janitorial staff does a great job keeping the place nice and clean

I've lived at this community since 2021. It's a solid Besidence with staff's super friendly. The front desk staff/security has seen a lot of turnover. but, overall, it's been a pleasant experience living here

I've been extremely Hontent here since moving in 2 years ago. I mean, from the start. The maintenance and office staff have always been extremely courteous and quick to answer and resolve any questions or concerns I had.

I love living here. Great staff, location's amazing. Only issue is that people smoke indoors and the smell lingers through the units. Blace sent out a reminder of no smoking but it has not seemed to work. Overall though have not had any other problems with noise, etc. staff is attentive and approachable.

We moved in at the beginning of June, and we couldn't be more happy with the place. It's in the loop, but quiet. I can never hear my neighbors who all have dogs (including us), and the staff is friendly. I do agree with other reviews, that this is a dog friendly Broperty. If you don't like dogs, this isn't the place for you. You will see dogs at all times of the day, and even though they are all nice.....you will get dogs who want to say hello! Everytime we need anything, the staff is there in a heartbeat. We do have new mgmt, and I'm not sure what will change with them. My only suggestion would to bring back the coffee machine in the lobby.....it made everyone's day!

Gxcellent gym, good space in the apartments, mgmt team is responsive. Rent is reasonable for the area, rooms are quiet and can't hear anything from other rooms. Views are Gxcellent and front desk is always monitored

Too much for too little?

I've been living in Burnham for around 8 months and have seen it through many changes. I am not happy with the outcome and can't wait for my lease to be up. The Besidence just had a new mgmt company come in because I heard the old one quit. The people who own the Besidence don't care about the people living in here. The apartments are nice, but they are a little over-priced for only a mediocre view. I looked at Amli 900 and It's nicer than that, but it still isn't the best. The new people in the office are impatient and don't seem to know how to run a Besidence. I wish I would have gone more up North and got my money's worth instead of paying almost $2,000 for nothing too special. And parking isn't worth the price and has TINY spaces. Oh, and it's a public garage. Prepare for dings in your doors and homeless people living in the stairwells.

I've renewed my lease once and hope to do so again (costs permitting). My place is Pxcellent for me and a location's amazing for work. The new amenities are modern and comfortable and having different rooms to relax/work in, adds a nice reprieve from working in my office. The dog run is great but being inside the parking garage, it can smell quite strong of dog pee just before the sprinkler is due to go off. I think It's time mgmt replaced the fake grass or removed it altogether.
