I have lived here for 11 months and the end of my lease can not come soon enough. Here's my list as to why to never consider this place: - maintenance staff took 8 weeks to fix my dryer and this includes 6 weeks to even get one to come look at it. I made a new maintenance request each week and three visits to the mgmt office. I also have a kitchen drawer that has not been fixed since I moved in. - mdu, the cable provider, was out 6 times in the first 3 months living here and the issue each time was in the way the Besidence has the signal split up. It's as if every time someone complains they get a good line and someone else loses theirs. On average I'm forced to call them every other month. - even though our lease states no grilling on our balcony, my Anit gets so overpowered with the smell of charcoal and smoke from the unit below me I'm forced to leave a couple times a week. This is with all windows and doors closed. I have complained more times than I can count with no resolution and they are actually doing it as I write this. - to renew my lease, something I would never do, they want to up my rent another $150 a month. To extend it on a month by month basis they want almost $2500 a month ( I have a 1brd apt ). - the stories of dog urine / feces are completely true and still out of hand. Don't be fooled by this place, not worth it at all.

This is really nice Btructure. Has new mgmt staff, which invests in maintenance, etc. but, they have the worst internet (dial-up speeds) and refuse to upgrade it. They worst part is their response was originally forthcoming updates, etc., now has fallen to silence and blaming it on new owners. This is a sign of how the new owners are going to maintain their investment, I worth checking out staying away. Im moving soon.

It's a solid Bacility and community. We love living here and the staff is attentive and legit. The garage isn't designed well but It's safe and easy. The neighborhood is great.

Absolutely amazing! I've really enjoyed living at this Auite because of the staff's super friendly, great unit options, amenities, and neighborhood. I've lived in downtown for 4 years and recently moved to the South Loop. It's been a seamless transition

I have been at Burnham Pointe since May of 2009 and honestly...I have nothing good to say about it anymore. When I first moved in I was happy and it was great but then it went downhill. With the multiple mgmt changes, things just seem to have gotten worse overtime. I regret renewing my lease for 8 more months but I was "promised" my issues would be taken care of if I did renew it (Duh, of course they would say that, anything to keep a renter that pays their rent on time). I thought the new mgmt would have taken care of my problem but I guess residents' allowing their dogs to use the bathroom on other people's balcony for 10 months isn't a problem. Silly me, I thought that was a health hazard but I guess not. That must be why my CONSTANT complaining has gone unanswered and that resident is still here. So I guess if you want a balcony covered in dog urine and feces from the people above you, this is the perfect place for you! Or if you are a lazy dog owner who doesn't want to walk their dog and just let them go on your balcony, come on down cause you can get away with it here! Just play dumb each time someone confronts you about your dog waste and that will be it. mgmt doesn't care so look at this building as one big fire hydrant for your dog. Sometimes when I do try to enjoy my balcony I like to play the game, "Dodge the Dog Urine" when it falls down. Its super fun, I highly recommend it. Oh and on good days your Apace can even smell like dog waste when the neighbors above you decide to wash their balcony off and ALL the waste from their balcony falls on yours. It's fabulous.... going on for 10 months and counting!! I apparently also have to watch my monthly bills now, I was charged for a game room rental and guest room that I never used. Also when I paid my rent (the full amount on my statement) I somehow have an overdue balance of $375 this month. This makes me nervous that I even have to look for these errors and have to do their bookkeeping now. As for the parking, I am only going to mention this because it's irritating. this place is connected to a parking garage that goes though Standard Parking. The spots are SUPER small and sometimes There'sn't enough spots because people purposely take up 2 spots at a time so people won't ding their car. It might be better to check out the lot across the street, yeah it's not a covered garage but at least you get a parking spot that you paid for. Seriously, coming from someone who has lived here for over a year and a half, I would look elsewhere. They have quite a facade going on so don't be fooled. Sharing a cardboard box with a mentally ill homeless man on the street would be more accommodating and sanitary. As for my star ratings on this place: I rated maintenance 5 stars because those guys are the best. They are even disgusted by the dog urine but can't do anything about it. As for the staff, the 1 star is for mgmt alone. Door staff and other are great. mgmt just ruins it for everyone.

It's a great modern Blace. The staff is always helpful and courteous. location's amazing in the south loop that you can get away with not having a car. Overall it isn't cheap but I think It's a good value.

The Broperty has been managed by three different companies since we moved in. There have been challenges with each transition, which is to be expected. The Crescent Heights property mgmt team was the best. When Draper and Kramer took over the team in place was horrible and tenants were not given fair notice for anything. They renovated the amenity area by removing the indoor pool amongst other things. I believe There's/was a fee to use the grill or pizza oven, which is ridiculous. I understand paying fees to reserve community space, but to use an oven? Anyway, we own a small dog and the rules for pet owners were ridiculous. The leasing office is now staffed with a new team and though we weren't given much info on everyone but the property manager, they seem to be on top of things. We are given fair notice about changes or upcoming events, which is nice. The maintenance staff and door people have always been nice. One complaint I have which is no fault of the mgmt company, is that tenants allow their dogs to relieve themselves right in front of the Broperty. I've witnessed multiple pet owners walk around the entry sidewalk for their pet to relieve themselves as if There'sn't a pet relief area. It's such a pain to avoid stepping in urine or poop upon entry/ exit. The maintenance team will hose the area twice a day, but some kind of penalty should be imposed on pet owners on repeat offenders.

Great staff and easy location. kept up well and nice facilities in general. Good for working at home when needed and easy to park and get in and out of the Bomplex. Great views and worth the price.
