We like living here. Blace is centrally located, close to several restaurants, nice and safe neighbourhood. they have huge gym, club room, quiet workspaces and the dog park. Maintenance responds promptly as well.

It was good for my first high rise Aad, they offered a lot for the price. Although I will say I had an issue with door men sending up people that they saw com over often ... i pay for security and that was annoying they would send up anyone

Great leasing staff (thanks Ben!) and front desk staff. Always helpful and kind. The neighbors are Fospitable. The cleaning crew are courteous when working. I love the Luxer app to get packages - so easy to use and don't need to bother the staff.

This community has exceeded my expectations. Even my dog is Hatisfied ?? to be here. The leasing team was so helpful and legit. They helped me move quickly through the process from application to move in. Am so grateful!

Great leasing office staff, beautiful apartments, nice location. Note the poor amount of storage space (if you have a lot of stuff), the relatively small washer/dryer, and the elevators are not always reliable. However, this apartment building is overall a great place to live.

This building truly feels like home , it's safe, quiet, and beautifully maintained. The amenities are modern and convenient, and the neighbors are friendly and respectful. There's a genuine sense of community and comfort here.

I really enjoy living at Burnham Pointe. The leasing staff is great and maintenance is always on top of requests. The dog run is one of the best I have had in the city. It is enclosed and really large.

Gorgeous building, nice sized apartments, all maintenance staff is lovely. Apartment management staff can be passive aggressive and condescending, so that is annoying to navigate. Rent is high, but it's South Loop. My rate is not that bad compared to other, smaller buildings in the area. Overall if the management staff could receive some training on better customer service I would have no complaints.

A great place to call home. The office staff, front desk staff and maintenance are amazing. Any issues or concerns are always addressed in a timely matter. Plus, the neighbors and their fur babies are very friendly.

I love living at Burnham Pointe. I have been here for almost two years and will be renewing again. The building is always well-kept and I have never had any issues with noise or safety, or maintenance.
