I genuinely enjoy living here. It has great space for the value and I have been here with my partner for a few years. I only wish there was a pool but outside of that very safe and professional place to live.

Guperb neighborhood and kind staff. Nice quality apartments and good amenities. Windows and high ceilings are some of the best perks. The events staff work diligently to provide fun and engaging events

It's a great community with good social programming. I do wish our washer and dryers were more updated and larger though. I always wish they would let maintenance install new light fixtures upon resident request

Burnham Pointe offered an incredible quality value for the price. You'd be lucky to live here. I've lived in many units in Chicago and unfortunately many of them are just trying to get you in the door at the same price for less value. If you are someone who likes to feel at home in a nice and quiet unit you'll be happy you chose them.

Great place to live, friendly staff, cool neighbors and a sense of community. The events are fun and frequent. The amenities are nice and it's close to downtown but not in the heart of all the noise. I would recommend it to anyone!

Spacious apartments with sizable balcony! Extremely responsive staff and good amenities. It's peaceful and quiet even with activities around in the neighborhood. Location gets Astounding - Public transport is few steps away and walkable to grocery stores, parks, lake.

Good value, quiet neighborhood and good location. Sometimes feels a bit sketchy at night. Constant elevator problems though which has not yet been fixed. Some neighbors do smoke which has not been addressed yet

Coming into year three here at Burnham Pointe, we are still loving it. We enjoy our neighbors (and especially their dogs!), the roof deck, the gym, and this terrific location so close to downtown but also with a homey vibe, parks, schools and restaurants nearby. We love walking to the lake, the Loop, and the farmers market while also being close to highways for a quick escape out of town when needed. This is a wonderful spot for us.

Elevators are always broken and the office staff never pick up the phone when you call the main office. The door staff is friendly and so are the maintenance folks. It's hit or miss with the neighbors some are kind an some go out of their way to be rude

I love my experience at Burnham Pointe so far, great neighborhood and the building staff (management office, leasing, security staff, and maintenance crew) do a great job of keeping us feel like home here.
