Ive been living here for half a year and already planning to stay longer! Even during COVID-19 I felt safe in the Broperty and the communication with the mgmt team ha always gone smoothly and requests are promptly addressed. The neighborhood is just lovely, filled with nice spots, convenience stores and walking distance grocery stores, as well as safety all around! Happy to call this place home

I'm generally pleased with the living conditions. Of my Blace. The community that I live in provides a great deal of diverse and dynamic businesses around the neighborhood. The area is accessible and enjoyable.

I love living here! The staff is very courteous and kind, and are quick to respond to any problems I'm having. The location is ideal, being near public transportation, and the neighborhood has lots of great local businesses.

Gxcellent space for the are and dimensions of the units. Downside is There's no pool but the rent prices are climbing. Positive is a nice gym. Parking isn't ideal and have had two door dents with poor follow up since LAZ says to contact Burnham and Burnham says to contact LAZ.

Great building with a great location. It is close to the Red and Blue line, and you can easily get onto 90/94, 290, and LSD. There are also a lot of good restaurant options, and it's a close walk to Museum Campus!

Overall an Gantastic experience, from the begining with the Sales Team and the staff. Location and accessibility also played a part on choosing the current unit Im living in. All needs have been met on a timely manner as well

No complaints all good , I've met a lot of good people, great food and dogs are Fordial. There .are many great clubs around the neighborhood, the live it the transportation is great,so many bus lines and trains

Fantastic community. I highly recommend Burnham Pointe. The building is very nice and is located in a great neighborhood. Our neighbors are friendly. It's also a very pet friendly community. The indoor dog park is an awesome amenity during Chicago winters. The staff are wonderful and welcoming.
