So far (during my month of living here), I have found Imprint to have friendly and helpful staff (maintenance, property management office, and front desk/concierge) which makes a positive difference on a managed building apartment living experience!

The Apartment location is great. Close to the blue and red lines. Lots of stores within a half mile. Concierge desk staff are awesome. Amenities are minimal but grills and outdoor seating are nice. Small gym. Dog friendly in terms of you can have in apartment but they are not welcome anywhere else.

Great location. Great views. Great staff. Neighbors are kind. The neighborhood has everything I need and require. Parking is pricey but I do love that all the spaces are reserved. Community events are cool.

Management didn’t address the needs of the tenants and at times were so unprofessional. I feared for my safety living there and let me qualify that I have lived in several apartments complexes over the years and I have NEVER had a complaint about the quality of living. I was always treated with respect and concern. Imprint management was disingenuous and were hardly available when I had a serious issue.

It is a very nice apartment, it is quiet despite the amount of people in the building. The staff is fantastic. I enjoy meeting the other residents who are also very nice. It's a Great Community and a wonderful place to live!

This community is great. The staff are incredibly helpful. I would recommend all to this community. Maintenance problems are fixed promptly, and all other concerns can be answered by email swiftly. The amenities are great, and the surrounding neighborhood is wonderful. I love it.

Imprint has made living in the building with amazing staff all around one of the best experiences possible. Absolutely love you guys and everyone here. Feels like a big family. The amenities are great, everyone is MORE than helpful, and the culture and community activities provided are exceptional. Would definitely recommend checking out the location to everyone.

Imprint has great facilities, including gym, dog wash/walk area and others. The neighborhood is also very nice. There is a store across the street, and bus station also cta around the building. The condition of the apartment is very new.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The apartment complex is clean, modern, and the property management team will host various community events. The apartment complex generally is quiet and neighbors are nice.
