Don and Sarah were absolutely amazing during one of the most stressful times for me. I needed to move on very short notice, and Don went above and beyond to make sure everything that needed to get done was handled so I could get approved and moved in in less than a week. His help, responsiveness, and professionalism made a huge difference for me when time was really not on my side. Because of how short the notice was, I ended up needing to pick up my keys on a Saturday, which was such a relief to learn since the building is open on Saturdays and even Sundays. Sarah was incredibly kind and helpful that Saturday evening she took the time to expedite the process and made sure I was able to get my keys that same day. That meant a lot to me, and it really eased the pressure of an already stressful situation. Both Don and Sarah played a huge role in helping me through a difficult move, and Iam genuinely grateful for everything they did. Now that i lived in the building, I can also say the front desk staff has been consistently kind, welcoming, and helpful. It really makes a difference coming home to friendly people. I also love that the building is dog-friendly, which adds such a warm and inviting feel to the community. The only area I think could use some improvement is the gym. While its nice to have one in the building, it is a bit small and could definitely benefit from some remodeling or upgrades. Overall, my experience has been very positive, and a huge part of that is because of Don and Sarah. Their support, urgency, and kindness made all the difference when I needed it most

I’ve lived here almost 4 years and this apartment is my sanctuary. The only thing on my apartment wishlist that I don’t have is a bathtub but my gorgeous view and living spaces in a building with people who care, matters more. Thank you to everyone who makes this a safe comfortable place to live. :)

Great location within the city to transportation and shopping. I enjoy the apartment amenities and the staff is excellent. There is a reason that I've been a resident since the apartment opened in 2020. I hope to continue my stay as long as possible.

The neighborhood is amazing. The absorbents are well constructed and I love the layout. The staff are so super friendly. I really enjoy the community events that happen each month. I wish that there were more opportunities to meet my neighbors but overall I enjoy living here

The building recently got a make over. While it is not complete, it should look good in the future. The staff is friendly. The garage door hasn't worked in a while and I do have concerns of safety for my vehicle

Imprint is beautiful and the staff is kind. The space is luxurious, well kept and all people are friendly. The views are amazing and the neighborhood has so much to access no matter your lifestyle. Food, friends and solitude are easily accessible.

Noise coming from some apartments during evening and afternoons. This is really bad for the well-being of the community. Please have a means for a quick reply over the app in case the noise is happening.

My experience at Imprint has been really good. Love the neighborhood, the different places to eat. Very close to the cta, which I really like. The building has a great community. Very clean, safe and enjoyable.

Yes, it can be tough to find a place to live downtown where the renovations, over the years, have been competent enough to not leave problems with water, heat, windows, and other important aspects. Solution? IMPRINT! Loving the simple elegance of my apartment, the views, amenities, and especially the friendliness of the staff.
