Really good experience. Even better experience when there were more regular in person events happening. I miss the sense of community. Otherwise a great living experience. The building is great, amenities are good and well kept.

Rent is too expensive for what you get. This is not a luxury community but they charge luxury prices. There are 4 different buildings within 0.5mi of here that I will move to instead of extending my lease here. The management is inept when it comes to dealing with neighbors who break lease terms by constantly smoking or making noise.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. This place is seriously horrible. I spent 12 too many months paying an extremely unfair amount just to constantly get harassed.  1. The building is new, but they used completely bootleg contractors to build it. In my one year of tenancy pipes burst multiple times, like I've lived in buildings 80 years old that functioned better. There was constantly mold on my sink (which I cleaned all the time) and then there was one time I left a glass of sink water on my nightstand for a couple days and it was legitimately grey and moldy. It was so disgusting. I bought a Britta and even that started getting mold on it from the water. It's seriously gross. The toilets don't even flush properly. So gross. 2. Miss P is a real piece of work. Be prepared for every conversation to be documented because she is a snitch. She's the door lady with a terrible haircut and she has nothing better to do than rat out everyone in the building and get off on people getting in trouble. F Miss P. 3. I had two noise complaints and got served with an eviction notice from an attorney (which I obviously talked my way out of but like what's the point of even doing that in the first place? Little dramatic). I have two other neighbors who experienced the same legal action over very minimal complaints. So basically you will be paying a crazy amount for a ------ building and then threatened with attorney notes and need to deal with that BS. 4. There are literally no amenities. OK cool, an outdoor terrace. really?  5. The package system is an absolute joke. Every time I got a package I knew it would piss me off because it would be missing. There are two places they can go and they have this ------- code system that only works in one or the other. Trust me, it sucks.  6. Management is polite, and honestly they have to be considering how terrible this building is. It's literally so bad. I've lived in at least ten buildings around the city and this is by far the WORST. Like so so so so bad.  7. Again, F Miss P. What a miserable hag.  8. This building smells. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. Just don't. There are basically zero upsides and a ton of downsides. And you'll get poisoned by the disgusting water. OH ALSO they only include (include meaning you pay for it) 100mbps of internet. If you want cable that's extra. If you want working internet that's extra. Don't expect anything to work. Ain't happening.

We've lived here for 2 years and it's a nightmare. The property manager is a homophobic racist. She verbally attacked my partner with a homophobic threat. We've complained because she shouldn't have a job. She told him that she "doesn't have to be nice to you people." On her Facebook page, she called all residents "uncouth" and proclaimed that anyone that makes a jokeat her expense will get the physical wrath of her and her husband. She allowed a drug dealer to live on our floor without a lease for months. He stalked residents and stole a car from the garage. He was caught "casing " apartments on our floor. When we complained, she called us liars.Stay away until there is new office staff.

Our apartment reaches 80 plus degrees daily and we have begged since the summer of 2021 to have someone address this design flaw. We have been told that there is nothing they can do, however it is illegal to force people to live in an apartment that can not cool itself. Multiple maintenance promises that a solution will be presented have fallen on deaf ears. Unfortunately, this community used to be top notch until the past eight months. Do not recommend this place at all now.
