This is a great apartment. Super quiet, the building engineer is on site and replies quickly to issues. You can't hear any street noise. I was a little worried about the shared laundry but I have never had an issue getting a machine. I would recommend to anyone!

1.Areeg Yosri Faisal I like the location of the building, since it is close to the CTA Redline and many buses. It is also close to so many conveniences like Jewel-Osco, drug stores, and banks. Not to mention less than a block from Lincoln Park! Our street almost dead-ends into the Totem Pole. We are right by the gorgeous Belmont Harbor as well as easy access to all the trails throughout the park. Lakeview is also very safe. That is very important to me. Our street has plenty of foot traffic and is well-lit. The building also includes controlled access as well as video surveillance for extra protection. I've never experienced any issues when it comes to my safety. The manager and the building engineer are both very friendly. I don't feel nervous asking for help if any issues arise in my unit. This creates a peaceful, friendly vibe throughout the building. All the other residents are lovely as well. My apartment is roomy and faces the sun during the day. It is a lovely space to spend time, both in the day and night as it very quiet. I enjoy looking out and seeing green tree tops everywhere. A really nice apartment. I'm so happy here.
