Great all concerns are always taken care of immediately. Everyone in the building is very friendly. Location is perfect for me and any concern I have with the apartment is always addressed on the same day.

This community has a great location, and beautiful views from the rooftop. I can walk to work and local stores. I feel the community is in a safe area. Some features of the apartment are a little out to date but overall nice place to live.

Building is in great condition relative to most of the apartments available in the city. It has a gym and a rooftop with 2 grills, both amenities are extremely convenient. It is a great area and close to public transportation.

425 Surf is a great building. From the second you walk in the front doors to stepping in your apartment, it all feels well maintained and nice. Everyone I've had over to my apartment makes positive comments on the building and my apartment. The amenities are great, too! The rooftop is gorgeous and has a great view and the gym is always clean. Very very happy with this place.

I have had an amazing experience at Reside on Surf thus far. The management team is responsive and knowledgeable and the maintenance team is quick to respond, effective and respectful. The building is extraordinarily clean and updated, with all of the amenities that I seek in an apartment building (in-unit w/d, fitness center, business center, parking, pet friendly, updated appliances, etc.). There is really no reason to go elsewhere.

I've been really pleased with my stay at Reside on Surf so far. 7 months in and I've had no complaints. I enjoyed getting to select an accent wall color, the space is clean, the staff is friendly, and the units are REALLY quiet. Great location, too -- I enjoy looking out over the trees of Lincoln Park toward the lake.

Reside at surf is a wonderful place to live. It's clean, staff are friendly, and the apartments are updated. Lakeview is a lovely neighborhood and being right next to the lake and the park is a plus. I would gladly continue living here!

The management staff is great; friendly, efficient, and on top of everything. Some perks: Cool roof garden and gym, but the laundry room always has issues?they could do better. Location is amazing and only a block from Lincoln Park.

I love the building and location but I am relieved to see someone else is having the exact same experience with cockroaches here. It’s getting out of hand, I don’t keep any food in the cupboards or cook in the kitchen. It might be getting worse now that people are working from home. I’ve been here going on 7 years and don’t think I can continue with this roach issue getting out of hand.

The building appears to be nice- however many inconveniences may apply when living here- inability to control heat (gets un bearably hot even in the winter), AC units cost an additional $50 to install, paint starts to crack/chip on the walls after a few months, and next door neighbors can be heard talking through the walls. The worst part of living here is the cockroaches- you will see them dead throughout the hallways and be prepared to encounter them on a weekly basis- in your shower, crawling right through the front door from the hallway, stepping on them at night, etc. no matter how clean your apartment is. The maintenance and building management is wonderful, responsive and kind- although the building refuses to acknowledge the pest issue is getting out of control.
