I do not recommend Reside on Surf. I have lived in many different apartments in my life and this has been the absolute worst landlord or management company that I have dealt with. I have found them to be quick on excuse…

It has been fantastic. I love my building, the amenities, and the staff. It's affordable and has great character. The staff was SUPER helpful when I was moving in too. They went above and beyond expectations.
