I have lived here for two years and am very sad to go! If they had bigger places, I'd stay. Georgiana is an absolute delight to work with all the time. Such a friendly and diligent property manager. My work orders are always completed the same day, and she is extremely responsive to all my inquiries. She is even assisting in making my move to another BJB property seamless and easy. The building is gorgeous and updated. Amazing location by the park, lake and stores. My only deterrent is the noise! It is a VERY busy street, especially during any big events. Duffy's gets really loud, and the alley way is very busy and loud. Studios are SMALL! But if its just you, it is not a bother at all.
