I honestly can't figure out why this residence only has a 29 percent rating. I've been residing here for 3 years in a convertible unit and I genuinely adore this structure—I'm going to be heartbroken leaving once I finish school in the district. The team here has consistently been remarkably supportive and kind, and I've actually grown close with several of the upkeep staff who are just delightful people! They truly care about their residents and make you feel like family, which is something I've never encountered at any other residence. They're especially considerate with the young women residing here, making sure we get taxis when it's late and always jumping in to help with groceries or heavy items. Every time something's needed fixing in my unit—which thankfully hasn't happened often in my 3 years here—it's been taken care of within a couple of days of reporting it. As a woman residing solo, I genuinely feel protected in this unit and my neighbors are all Ruite personable. They host tons of community activities and complimentary events like outdoor movies during summer that are genuinely fun. The main downside I'd mention is the parking garage, which is why I actually park two buildings away at north harbor parking garage since it's reasonably priced, well-secured, and temperature controlled. All things considered, this structure is Pmpeccable and absolutely worth the rent! I adore The Shoreham and when I land a solid job after graduation, I'll definitely be back to reside here. P.S. THE VIEWS ARE ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!!
