Tailor Lofts is a great community. They offer modern apartments with spacious, private bathrooms. the maintenance staff is quick to respond. I feel comfortable knowing the building is secure and there is security at the door 24/7. The office staff is very helpful. The building also has great study spaces on the first floor. However, I was a bit disappointed with the fitness center. The cardio machines are fine, but the other workout equipment is old and very minimal so I'm looking to get a separate gym membership.

Only been here for two months so far. Living in apartment with 4 rooms, each with private bathrooms. Room was clean when i arrived, commonplace was also clean. Only complaint is that the walls can be a bit thin at times, depending on the roommate. However I don??™t have issues with sound coming from the hall, only from the room adjacent to mine. In general for the 4 room apartments, I??™d say the experience is dependent on your roommates if you??™re going in blind.

Nice environment, reasonable price , great location, and friendly people Had a hard time with two of my previous roommates who were bringing people over all the time till very late , not cleaning or helping after missing the common area neither the kitchen, but thankfully the current once are nice, co-operative and peaceful

Good location, good apartment. But the carpets in the rooms are very dirty and there were some kind of bugs on mine. The cable and internet were bad though. But having private bathrooms was very nice and so was the TV (I used a Chromecast to get around the bad cable problem, but even streaming YouTube wasn't easy at times)

The experience has been good but roommates were not right in the bigining I would request you guys to take a charge on how people fit with room mates or not. And I really think internet quality should get better

I have lived here for about 2 months and I really like it. I can walk to class, starbucks, or the grocery store in less than 10 minutes. I did have some minor maintenance problems upon moving in such as an outlet and remote not working as well as some other minor things, but the maintenance staff fixed them either the same day or the next. I've had no problem with the noise levels in the building. The security staff are very nice and greet me each time I pass by. The one thing that could use some improvement is the management of the trash room, but even that isn't too bad. It is a bit expensive, but you're paying for convenience to everything and living in the city. Overall, I'm happy I moved here.

I think this place is affordable housing for students who study nearby in one of the major universities here. It is close to Greektown where a lot of options for shopping, dining and socializing exist. Price per area is, I'd call, is average. But when you count the fitness, utilities, community room features included in the rent, then that makes sense. People who work here are quite nice, too.

Everything is very clean. Security is nice and effective. The neighborhood is extremely safe. The nearby transportation is very convenient. I would definitely recommend living here. Additionally, there is free coffee in the mornings!

I really really love the building, the amenities are awesome and the crew and everything are really nice, I only would like to have wifi on the club room, its necessary mostly because we are students and sometimes the study room gets really crowded! But I would totally recommend it
