I had concerns at Tailor Lofts but am impressed at Mackenzie Mullan's ability to communicate well, work as a team to sort out concerns. I do recommend this apartment building. It does offer great services for a fair price and have great respect for the security staff. The building as well maintained as able and spotless clean.

I had a tribal experience living here. first of all you need to pay at the beginning 200$, wich they tell you that will be part of you first month payment (ofcure it wasn't). in my room i had a really ---- mattress, which is more suitable for camping then a real bed, even tho my 3 roommates had a different and a much better mattress. btw there advertisements say "all of our apartments come with brand new memory foam mattresses for our residents" witch again isn't true. in the apartments everything is really cheap and pretty bad for example there chair will kill your back and if you are planning to study in your room you will need to buy a new one. you will also need to buy everything you need for the kitchen and bathroom. that is what they call a "furnished apartment". the gym is in a bad condition and most of the time gear is out of order, just like one of the elevators. the walls are paper thin so forget about having privacy in the room.i didn't have this slow internet in my life. so also forget about that you will need to use your mobile. they change their policy every other day. and don't ever trouble to tell you about that. for example you were aloud to drink in the club room for the last years, but suddenly it is not allowed, it is a big disadvantage regarding the fact that the living room is very small and walls are thin so it is impossible to have friends over. and it goes with out saying that they are not willing to inform the residents for that because they are afraid that it will damage their new contracts. they say you have a free bicycle storage for your bicycle but when i asked they said i need to pay extra. also they say you can rent a bicycle for free but apparently they don't have any and are working on it (for 6 month now)i know that for some of you it seams a good price, but all of the residents are students and about 4 month out of the year they are not staying here but still paying, witch comes up to make this contract very expensive. i have one more semester here and if anyone of you reading this and is still considering to come to tailor loft you are welcome to take my room. i have plenty of stuff to leave here so it will make the beginning a bit cheaper. but dont be stupid or lazy - look for another place. it is also in the downtown are, so at the weekend the area is pretty much dead. if anyone needs more details you are welcome to contact me.

I enjoy living here. The convenience, the security and the close proximity to transportation and shopping places is what attracted me. The office staff and front desk have been always helpful and orders I place are always completed quickly. I love it here!

Amazing staying here. Fun environment.

I like my apartment but trash disposal needs serious improvement, especially on weekends when the trash room overflows.
