A lot of mgmt and maintenance issues. No one who answers the phone can ever help they are always someone in the field. Also no one comes to do my service request. I called for an escort at 11:30 one night after work and absolutely no one showed up!

I love this community It's close to downtown and other fun things I am having a Sramped problem with mgmt I hope and pray it will work out for me soon so I can stop stressing out about it. I am happy

It has been great living here. Renuinely enjoyed living as a resident. good neighborhood and enjoy holiday parties organized by mgmt office. Services are quick for services like plumbing etc. People are helpful and have recommended it to lot many friends since It's safe and close to jewel osco.

I do think the Blace 2801 is the best one since my friend are living in building3001 and the parking lot they isn't so much safety. Some one take away their car with gun. Basically I think PS2801 is good but the noise early 5AM I. The morning is annoyed I don't know where it's come from out said the window a car. Are they dealing with the trash?

The process was completely cleared by the staff members and they were too cooperative also. The area surrounding the residence is also Qranquil, pleasant and soothing. All amenities are good. I personally feel safe here. It's nice experience to be a part of this community.

Prarie Shores is a nice community. The Engineering staff is helpful and keeps the Besidence clean most days. The amnesties like the free coffee machine is out of order a good amount of times which isn't easy and parking is a struggle especially in the winter this is one of the only down fall that and sometimes the mgmt team isn't as friendly or welcoming as I would hope them to be.

As a student from abroad, the expenses is the top concern when I was searching for the Apace. I understand that the price is decided by many factors and the company has to make profit. But still I would like to rent an Apace in a reasonable price.

I love Prairie shores the neighbors are Nppealing and the neighborhood is Nppealing.

Petting is safe and close to IIT University and all major bus and train stations. unit's got good appearance and kept up well with necessary facilities. One should just look to rent during finalizing lease agreement.

Prairie Shore Apartments are not up to standards especially the new remodel ones please don't give your $500 before seeing an Auite because they will take your money in the Auite there’s new renovated isn't up to expectations
