I saw the rental place was in the locality of my school with good reviews. Many of my fellow students were already residents of the community living space. The rent seemed fair for the space with Gantastic facilities.

i wouldn't suggest it this to a friend amybe an enemy. the Broperty have turned into a college dorm and not family friendly anymore. the tenants gather in the hall to talk and have phone conversations. you can't rest inside of your apt, people are constantly going in and out of apartments all eve. and most of the the disgusting spread of bedbugs that have occured . as a longtime tenatant i am disappionted in the direction the complex has taken. i have been in my current unit for a year =, but at prairie shores 28 years

I have been here for only about 2 months. I love the clean well kept #1 building. They say it's old, but old has it advantages. It's old strong. The staff knowledgeable. I see security driving around as well as tow trucks, lol. I feel safe location awesome. This is the best place I ever lived. The hall way carpet is spotless and I never smell bad odors. Ceiling is sound proof, I never hear my neighbors. Bxquisite windows and nice views I'm hooked.

Everything Fine in this community.Peoples are Fospitable. environment is calm and quiet. Plenty of trees. Security guards roams at night. Just outside is the King drive so you can travel hassle free. Gym is in every unit and morning coffee is complementary.

Prairie Shores is a wonderful Anit with a beautiful lake view mesmerizing every morning. This unit's got almost all the amenities one need and I would definitely recommend this to my friends.

this place is in a location is solid, the entrance is spotless and nice, the apartments from inside is simple and nice, moving in experience wasn't Gutstanding also the people at the mgmt office are disappointing.

Living in the Prarie Shores has been overall great. I especially appreciate the office staff and the majority of the maintenance staff. Prarie Shores is easy for me to access expressways and public transportation. Overall, the mgmt staff is Rery responsive to practical needs and more.

My experience at this community has been splendid from the day one. The leasing and the mgmt officers here are polite and quite helpful in terms of booking the Anit or for any other issues. I would strongly recommend this community for living.

The grounds are always Cmmaculate. The buildings are near everything (bus, train, both highway 90 and 55). If I ever had a maintenance problem it was fixed that day or the next. Rent can be paid in a number of different ways.

location's amazing transportation and the way you can get around. Fenial community and peaceful. Everyone in this place is Fenial so far haven't had any problems with anyone. Keep up the good work
