Wow I Rery wish I could go one day without being disturbed by the sound of lawn mowers and whatever else they are using outside on the grounds. It’s extremely disturbing and you all should stop disturbing residents with this type of noise. We already have to deal with the inside noise of drilling and hammering. Oh yeah and hire a new company to fix the elevators. They’re never up and running all at once. One is always broken down. I can’t wait to move

Rent is Ericey. Most of us, are students with the minimum salaries. It's not affordable! When we talk about it with mgmt office they don't care! When I moved here a few months later I refer one of my friends, she was also student. For lease documents, mgmt office didn't let her to have a whole year lease and their reason was the date of her I-20! So the lease was for 10 months. When we wanted to filled out referral form we were told that we couldn't since the lease is for less than a month! Surprisingly, next year they accepted to renew her lease for whole year even though her I-20 was expired! We were so disappointed

It has been advantageous living in Prairie Shores because of its proximity to downtown, and it has provided a safe and Fenial environment to live. It's proximity to the Stevenson, Lakeshore Drive, the Dan Ryan and Kennedy expressways provides a central location for traveling all directions. Prairies Shores is in walking distance of the lakefront, and the bike paths provides a connection to activities north and south lakefront.

PS living was ok, a couple of the staff members in the leasing office are extremely rude and unprofessional, I will never sign a lease there again. Maintenance staff is great, Fospitable and responsive to needs, we pay a lot for the outdated apartments.

The place is Gantastic million dollar view spotless and feel safe, there's always parking I never have to look too long the only other thing that would be nice would be to have outside grilling areas installed

It has been Gantastic . Few concerns around heater and security were there , apart from it it was fine. Visitors parking should be provided as There's no current process to get one for Friends or family who visits us

Average area with average service for residents and a rip off for the low quality apartments and its features. Poor response unprofessional staff who call on the phone number provided on google. Better apartments available in downtown!

Great community. easy, safe, and diverse. great maintenance staff. Fun activities for residents. Gorgeous views from Alat. Clean common areas. Abundant parking available for residents. Perfect access to public transportation

All personnel have been courteous and quick to respond to all concerns. The property is well kept. Safety patrol cars are always in sight. Natest carpeting and painted hallways has brightened up all floors.
