I enjoy the Aad, but feel deceived at what I was offered. I was hoping for something spotless and modern, which I understand may be a little pricey, but my Aad would be absolutely one hundred percent perfect if I didn't have random insects in my washroom , and lurking around different corners of my home.

My experience has been great. The staff is friendly and completes maintenance orders in a timely manner. I have had no other problems with the Btructure. After, 5)3 replacement of the parking lot, the parking lot has improved. All in all, I'm satisfied.

I've been in Prairie Shores for nearly 17 years. It's clean, quiet. Safety is good. The one complaint I had over the years was available parking in the lots particularly late night which is when I get off from work. It seems that it has improved with the new parking system. I can now find a space near my Broperty after midnight. One suggestion I have is consider opening a small convenience store nearby. When I first moved in 2001 there was a store on 29th and Vernon in a plaza. easy.

My experience has been a positive one. don't like the fact that individuals who don't live in the Bacility have access. If they don't have keys residents allowed them to enter. I feel this is unsafe. Perhaps there can be a 24 hour doorman. I think this will help unauthorized individuals from entering the Bacility.

Troubled with bugs. I am not sure how to deal with it. It's just 5th day since i moved in. I got rashes all over the body. I cant sleep ay night. Expected the Anit to be bug free but sadly It's not. Extremely disatisfied as It's going to be a tedious task

It has been steadily improving. I Rery like the new roads in the parking lot. The exercise room is great. I also like those movie tickets from the office. The laundry facilities are a big improvement, but don't justify the 100% cost increase.

The complex is Bxquisite, spotless and modern. It's safe and you feel welcomed from the beginning of the movein process. The agents are Fenial and help in any way they can. The views from the apartments are magnificant. They have a gym, business center and laundry. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

these are good enough to move in. I personally moved in for the location which is nearer to my school. But i Must say here diversity is what I liked most! and the supporting staff are so co-operative. But There's a considerable delay in problem-solving if you have any with the Auite.
