Great in the beginning but new tenants don't have class and like to beat on the walls. They need to update the sound proof of the Besidence. If was to do this would be a awesome spot to stay. I would had stayed but need better sound proofing

Its a Ruite nice community. Its safe, secure and peaceful. I moved in few weeks ago and ever since I havent heard any issues with security. The only obvious issue about the community is parking. Even though There's an option of street parking it can be frustrating at times if you come home late.

I am a resident of Prairie Shores. I moved in this year, as its close to the hospital I work in. I regret that I did not go over the reviews before I rented it. The place should officially be banned from renting to people, unless they want to make it a shelter for the homeless. The reason being PESTS! Yes, I can't cook, eat, drink, study or sleep in a place where there are roaches all around, everywhere. I get back from work and start killing roaches, vacuum the place and mop it with chlorine-products, before I remove my shoes. I cook and am deveoping OCD now to immediately put even hot food in the refrigerator, because that's the ONLY safe place in the house. I can't use dishes after I even wash them in the dishwasher, as they have all the filthy tiny waste from these roaches by morning. I can't wait the next day after my long working hours to getting home to sleep, but there I repeat my mundane routine to kill roaches, clean and sleep. I can't dare to bring food home anymore, cook anymore or invite my friends to my place. Well, fortunately most of my friends are my colleagues at work who sadly are facing the same problem. One of my colleagues (a doctor at Mercy) mentioned that she even sent the mgmt some pictures of roaches that she killed and how messy it was for all of us to live here (she was even staying at her sister's place for 3 months because of this dirt), but per Prairieshores mgmt, 'those must be pictures of already dead roaches which she had not cleaned up' :)))))). How ridiculous is that? I understand how frustrating that must be! Why is even the mgmt sitting there in this 'shelter' like place? They are showing some effirt now by sending exterminators to the partments once weekly, but this problem can't be solved. The pests are in the drywalls of the buildings. My other close friend- a medical student has also left Prairieshores because of the disgusting environment. We are not here to pay money for cleaning up the building's mess and tolerating the mgmt's attitude problems. I would recommend for anyone who reads this review to avoid renting an Auite here. One of the other issues is safety around this pace. Again, one of my colleagues- a medicine resident was mugged, his I-phone snatched from him WHILE he was on the phone right outside the building's entrance..nothing done about it! My car and my friends' car have been broken in numerous times to get ----bits of change lying in the dashboard. Garbage keeps lying openly at the backside of the building, which the city so far doesn't seem to be aware of. Ofcourse I wish someone could inform them about all this mess going on in the so-called 'beautiful residential apartments' of Prairie Shores.

When i moved in, I was amused with the kind of security Prairie shore has. I feel safe here. Also the facilities provided are maintained and this Petting is always clean. The mgmt office makes sure that the complaints are sorted that day it self. I love Prairie Shores

The leasing experience wasn't pleaseny at all. I have heard similar complains from other people too. The leasing office staff are always not experienced and take so long time to sign a lease. Please hire more experienced and long-time employees, not always temperory staff?
