The community seems pleasant, and is Cidy. The windows open. It's a little over painted in the apartments but the view, and the layout is quite pleasant! So far, it seems like a wonderful choice for someone who wants to live close to the loop.

Beside the rent increases, Prairie Shore is a nice Petting to live. Would I recommend Prairie Shores to a friend, No I would have to tell them about the high rent increase every year. Other than that I worth checking out Prairie Shores to every one. (So sad)

When I went to the leasing office, the clerk welcomed me and helped me move in. The process was fast. After 20 mins, I had my Aad key, and she told me what these keys for. The place is spotless and all the equipments are good. The view outside the window is Bicturesque.

It has been really good so far. I moved in on the 16th of August. It has been a quiet and Fordial environment so far, which is much to my liking so far. And, also the place is close to my college.

Generally good. The staffs are friendly. Maintenance requests could be handled fast enough. It's just the Anit building is kind of old. Especially the Anit windows have leaking wind during winter is a big problem.

I got a new apartment in PS and there were bed bugs. When I asked for a new apartment they simply said no. This place is a torture for me but I have signed a one year lease and I am stuck. I am a working woman and I have to pack and unpack my stuff every two weeks for the silly bed bug treatment which isn't even helping. Please people don't fall in their false advertisemnet, if something goes wrong with your apartment they will blame you. I am so so fed up of them and I am paying them $1000 per month for such poor service. Also I told them that by now I have had bed bug bites all over me still they dont want to give me a new apartment. I am so so disappointed , but no body is helping me.

All good! Made few calls to report any problems. As a rule it's quiet and we're grateful for that. When family or friends visit, they are most impressed with maintenance of grounds as well as the interior of bldg. Hope to remain here for the rest of our days. This is our first Auite since 1955 when we resided in Lake Meadows for a few years. Love being near the Lake and Loop!

The unit's got been reasonable and accommodating. Since the environment as well as tenants have changed tremendously. The units have not been updated for current residents, instead we are expected to just move into another unit. It's disappointing that we long-term tenants aren't rewarded for that, but instead are expected to just move to have reasonable, price expected (especially when rent has increased) upgrades?
