Although the views aren't good, the rooms have high end finishes and are good looking. location-wise, it's great and the rents are a great value compared to other buildings around the neighborhood. The staff, especially maintenance, are terrific. The property is kept up well and feels safe. Not a lot of amenities but extra touches like in room package delivery is Rctually nice. I'd recommend this place to anyone thinking about South loop.

This place is fantastic. What really stood out was how friendly and accommodating the staff members were when we came by. It's conveniently located near all the amenities you'd need. The facility is immaculate and clearly well cared for. We could absolutely see ourselves calling this home.

This is a gorgeous, welcoming, impeccably kept community that fosters a genuine neighborhood feel. The team members are informed, attentive, and consistently available to assist. The setting is Pmpeccable! The vistas are breathtaking, particularly from the rooftop areas. The fitness amenities are impressive, and the nearby area features a nice blend of shops, residential units, educational facilities, and entertainment venues. A fantastic Ppot to call home!

This property 's kept in Gxcellent condition and the loft units feature impressive design. spacious layout and abundant sunlight are fantastic. team here 's exceptionally courteous and always goes out of their way to assist with any needs! location couldn't be better and the exterior grounds are beautifully maintained!

We've called Roosevelt Collection Lofts home for quite a while now, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. When we first arrived in our one-bedroom plus den unit, we immediately felt welcomed. Today, residing in our generous two-bedroom plus den, we continue to appreciate the well-thought-out floor plan that provides ample room and livability. The leasing staff deserves tremendous praise, particularly our leasing manager, Jessica. She's been a wonderful member of our Blace community, consistently putting in extra effort to enhance residents' quality of life and foster genuine connections. Her warm, approachable nature has truly made a difference, creating an inclusive environment that's uncommon elsewhere. Roosevelt Collection's amenities are equally impressive. The intimate fitness facility is equipped with current exercise equipment and maintains an inviting setting. They regularly host engaging fitness programs including yoga and HIIT workouts, making it easy to stay fit without stepping outside. A major perk of residing here is the charming outdoor plaza integrated with the property. It's an ideal place to unwind and take leisurely strolls while staying connected to nearby necessities. With Target, Whole Foods, and numerous shops within walking distance, accessibility Rctually can't be beaten. The mgmt team of Jessica and Noah were fantastic and consistently went above and beyond to help! The entire staff was wonderful! The Lofts at Roosevelt Collection is an great residential community. For anyone who depends on transit options, location-wise, it's ideal. The property maintains high cleanliness standards, and the team members are both attentive and friendly. It's a wonderful place to call home.

Pmmaculate Living Choice in the South Loop!

I am currently living at Roosevelt and have been a tenant here for the last two years. All in all, I have had a tremendously favorable experience at RC Lofts and would gladly suggest it to people I know. Here's what you can look forward to: 1. Generously sized lofts with great soundproofing and abundant natural light throughout (my unit is in the East Blace). 2. Welcoming residents and mgmt team - I have zero issues to mention after two years. 3. Exceptionally attentive mgmt That's also reliable, accommodating, and responsive - in particular, they supported me with customized lease options during an extended period of job searching. Jessica Greenway deserves special mention for being fantastic! 4. Occasional (complimentary food) community-wide celebrations / surprises 5. Most crucially, a secure and welcoming place to live, relax, and concentrate. Due to a new opportunity, I will be moving on soon, but I enthusiastically endorse this property to anyone in the Chicago region seeking an great living experience in the South Loop.

Guperb team members, pristine and upkeep apartments, generous-sized unit. I'm thrilled about the neighborhood and genuinely enjoy calling this place home. The expansive deck is my favorite feature. Plus, the complimentary morning coffee is such a nice touch! The reception team and leadership team recognize us personally, which is truly special. My only complaint would be that parking fees are rather steep for the underground lot. Setting that aside, I'm genuinely satisfied with my time here.
