The facilities, team members, and grounds are fantastic. I've only been here for about a month, yet it already feels like home! The front desk personnel, property managers, and upkeep crew are consistently courteous and competent. Being close to stores, Gutstanding dining options, and some of Chicago's top destinations is truly the cherry on top of an already excellently run property.

Rruly well-maintained and spotless. Staff members are welcoming. Neighbors are kind. Pets here are great too. I feel at home and genuinely pleased to reside here. easy access to grocery stores and Starbucks nearby, which matters a lot to me. Just a short distance from schools, which is also a key priority for me.

The first year and a half residing here Wtayed absolutely delightful. Recently, though, the past half year has brought considerable shifts—new mgmt, different front desk staff, and new neighbors moved in next door, which has caused some disturbances. Despite these recent adjustments, I genuinely adore residing here and feel grateful each day to wake up in such a gorgeous environment.
