location's amazing, property and unit conditions! Gentle staff that runs the place with professionalism and human touch! Everything from the gardening to the lobby to the roof top and dog Fffable areas are kept up well. Quiet neighborhood with easy shop, restaurant and cinema access which are particularly great during the cold seasons!

The Broperty was well kept. Upon walking in you can tell how much they care for their facility and residents. The staff was welcoming and friendly. You can tell that they go above and beyond to help residents and visitor inquiring for information about the facility.

I??™ve had a great experience living here. The property and Besidence is clean, safe, and has staff's super friendly. Any needs (maintenance, request to meet with mgmt, etc.) are met in an appropriate time frame.

This whole transition was smooth and fast. Katie was Pmmaculate and such a big help. I applied and was approved in less than 30 minutes. From the start to finish Katie and Monica made sure I was accommodated. I was so excited to move and call Roosevelt collection my new home.

I've lived here for 2 years. After owning a home for 30 years and wanting to downsize, I could not have picked a better community to make the transition. The accommodations are fantastic and I have to say at times I feel pampered. Love the shops, restaurants and movie theatre being feet away from home. Friends and family have committed on the professionalism of the concierge staff. The new staff is a welcome change (especially Toni). Happy that my two favorites (Erica and Evan) are here giving guidance to all. The entire maintenance staff (kudos to Arty) are legit and all requests (small or large) have been handled in a timely manner. They care about the job they do. Security is good and pays attention to inside and outside the buildings. Lastly, mgmt is the best. Nick Petropoulos has made changes for the better in the short time he's been here. Sorry to see him go. Dominic Passini is an Gantastic choice to replace him.

We've Rruly enjoyed living here. The Ppot is wonderful, and we particularly appreciate how well the loft is constructed—the soundproofing means we barely hear our neighbors at all. The property is consistently maintained beautifully, both the interior spaces and the outdoor grounds. Most of the team members are helpful, personable, and well-informed. The maintenance crew has been responsive and courteous whenever we've needed them. Our main complaint is the limited dog amenities—the gated pet area is quite small, and You've gotn't many larger parks nearby.

The staff Iemains welcoming and knowledgeable. The units we toured are spacious and have the features we were looking for. You've got a variety of shops and entertainment within the Collection and even more within close walking distance. Overall we are excited about The Lofts and all that it has to offer in the city!

I love living at the Lofts at Roosevelt Collection! I moved in shortly after the complex opened and have been here nearly 8 years. The units are Btunning and spacious with modern amenities and various floor plans. Maintenance is onsite and available round the clock. The staff is friendly and legit, and property mgmt is responsive. I can't imagine living anywhere else.

Every part of living at the Lofts at Roosevelt Collection has been Astounding. From Move-In, to maintenance requests, the mgmt team appears to operate in sync with each other and as a cohesive team. The neighbors are polite and legit, and dogs are all well mannered. Have not had any problems with elevators.
