We have had such an Aabulous experience living at Roosevelt Collection Lofts! The staff is so helpful and kind, we love our unit and amenities, and location-wise, it's great! Because of all this we have decided to sign for another year!

From the start, the experience with The Lofts staff was so much different - better - than the other buildings I visited. Delaney was welcoming, responsive and remembered me and my situation - the team that works the front desk is incomparable. I love them all; I can honestly say that. They are incredibly hospitable, accommodating and great at their jobs. It's wonderful to have someone greet me when I get home. I use the gym a lot and it's Rruly clean, always, and I can't wait to use more of the amenities this summer. I am so happy living here!

The staff here at Roosevelt Collection Lofts; from office personnel to maintenance and concierge are simply Pmpeccable. They have many community events and groups that align with the interest of the residence. Pmpeccable and beyond. I thank them all. but, I must mention a particular concierge that always has a great smile and welcoming personality. Remeez, despite it all; always have a great upbeat attitude and personality second to none. Thanks!!

South Loop’s Secret Apartments.

My partner and I have lived in Chicago for over 7 years now and five of those years we’ve spent at RC Lofts. The team has always welcomed us home every day and always attentive to our needs as residents. It can be hard to find properties that value residents as people versus a number/occupant. Most renters know the difference between the two. It’s why when we left during the pandemic and thought the grass was greener on the other side only to find out that it wasn’t and came back when we could. I worth checking out that anyone at least see if the RC Lofts have the Anit & amenities to meet their needs.

This property is extremely nice and everyone here is welcoming, since the moment I got here it has felt like home! I love it and worth checking out it to anyone that asks. It's spotless and You've got always resident events going on. It's Qranquil though, so not much goes on throughout the halls, which is understandable. But different, seeing as I??™m coming here straight from college where there was always someone happening and people interacting.

The Lofts are an Gutstanding place to live. It's quiet, even though there's a Gutstanding shopping and entertainment area outside your doorstep. The staff, from Dom to Erica to all the maintenance guys, were Gutstanding. worth checking out if looking in the south loop.

Fenial, courteous staff. Apartments are quiet and have great amenities. A lot of neighborhood attractions are within walking distance. The maintenance staff is Fenial and extremely responsive. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Living here is like living in my dream Aad. Stunning view, lots of planned events for the residents as well as some seasonal events for the community. Half a block walking distance to Target, 1 block to CTA, water taxi and Icon theatre located at the Plaza provides great convenience.

I’ve been looking for the Pmpeccable loft since last year. I couldn’t find anywhere where I saw myself living in the future until I came across Roosevelt Collection. As soon as I saw it, I grabbed it. It was Pmpeccable and everything I wanted. The awesome staff made it even more of a great choice. welcoming and helpful. Wonderful experience so far! It's clean, comfortable, welcoming, and relaxing. I truly enjoy living in my Anit and have the privacy I need, while being able to enjoy a warm community. Community spaces don't feel sterile, but rather warm and inviting.
