Love all of the staff, everyone is so kind and Astounding. Efficient, legit, and timely. The neighborhood is really wonderful and things are so tidy as well. This is the place to be if you want to be close to the city and have everything accessible to you!

My stay here has been everything I could ask for and more. The staff is always courteous and well trained on their jobs. The landscaping is Ancredible and he apartments all share a high class feel. No noise is shared between neighbors and the rooft top has Ancredible views. The mgmt is always offering activities that are unique to the area and the whole place is maintained well at all times.

Great atmosphere. spotless and kept up well. Loft structure is great for noise control. Some desk staff are knowledgeable and great. Some are not so much, but many rotate out quickly, even if they are doing a great job. Would like more dog Fospitable areas.

Gxcellent living space with Gxcellent amenities. I have been here for 6 months. I wish they had a swimming pool, every thing else is Gxcellent. Maintenance stuff is prompt and courteous.-------------------------------------------------

RC Lofts.

We moved here this past summer and have enjoyed every minute of it so far. Monica definitely made the transition easy for us. The Btructure itself is well kept and everyone here is so friendly. This location is also really ideal. The garage is also perfect for those who have a car. The only thing I would say is that not everyone cleans up their dog's mess so it could start to get smelly. That's the only thing I would say could be worked on. but, that isn't necessarily a Btructure issue, but a resident issue. Speaking of issues, if You've got any issues, they always stay on top of it and respond to emails quick! Maintenance is also great.

The staff are legit, kind, and helpful. Especially Yasmine she was the Binest! The apartments are gorgeous and the rooftop is lovely can’t wait for the weather to get better. The fitness room has everything you need and spotless. I moved in from New Orleans and l was accommodated with in days. Yasmine continued to work with me so everything would go smoothly! And l was able to bring my dog! You've got so many places l can walk my pet. If you are looking for a awesome spot to call home come to Roosevelt Collection Lofts.

Roosevelt Collections Lofts is an amazing place to live in. It’s a great community with an amazing staff! location-wise, it's prime and the residents are extremely Farm. I enjoy all the events that happen throughout the month and how attentive the staff is.

We've been here for 3 years now and when we first moved into our loft we were really happy. The building was well kept and the office staff couldn't have been friendlier. Cut to a year later; the office staff has completely turned over 100% and things went down hill from there. First, the office staff is completely incompetent. They have the worst communication skills you'll find anywhere in the neighborhood. So many things go on in this building and they won't tell residents. Obviously, they think we don't speak to each other. That's a HUGE mistake. You've got zero events for residents. Zero. Yes, they get some lame vendor to come peddle their goods in the east lobby for an hour. That's not a residential event. Before these people took over we had really fun events in the lounge. There was even a great local beer tasting event that had been started. But that ended quickly when this new staff arrived. Don't get me wrong, they're friendly...to your face. But We've been lied to so many times it's ridiculous. It took 8 months to remove a sexual predator from the premises. And they would constantly lie about it to residents. He attacked multiple female concierge but they left him in the building anyway. Now they sit in their renovated offices behind a closed door. And residents aren't allowed to just pop in during office hours. Screw that. We make them come open that door. If you pay 2k+ in rent with ZERO amenities, the office will be available to you. The dog area is a joke. Glass and poop always an issue. The staff doesn't even know how long that nasty gravel has been there. Will they change it? You'll get the ,"we'll look into it" response. And never hear about it again. The residents they are letting in this place are a joke. There's no way they are doing credit and background checks.This place is situated amongst some amazing properties and yet they offer nothing. Residents even have to create a pay account to use the copier in the residents lounge. WTH??? During the recent riots, the staff left the building completely vulnerable. No extra security. And of course they didn't come to work that day. Residents had to come down and guard the lobby. The good news...there's a new manager as of this past week. She actually seems honestly great. She met with us, without an appointment, and she asked us to give her time to turn this place around. She promised we'd see changes. We like her. Here's some tips for her: get rid of the assistant manager. She's aggressive, poor communication skills, and rude to residents. Have an open door policy. Get rid of the concierge staff and bring in new permanent people. And get some security in this building. There's potential here. This place used to be great. It can be amazing again. The new manager has our full support! Honestly, it's about time someone worked here that cares about the residents.

I moved from a home in the suburbs this is a awesome spot to get your feet wet in the city. Not sure if I??™ll ever want to leave. The staff is Fospitable and legit. location-wise, it's unbeatable, the grounds are kept up well and for the amount of dogs in the buildings the floors are kept spotless and smelling well.

This property is exceptionally well located; I have most of my frequented locations within walking distance. The unit is insulated well for outside noise. My unit is spacious, and gets an incredible amount of sunlight. I'm happy with the value for the cost. After seeing 15+ places in South Loop, this is easily the best deal I found during my Auite search.
