We love our Roosevelt Collection Lofts community. The staff and services are top notch. The stores, walking path, our building Book Club, activities in our party room and outside rooftop. We enjoy our spacious Aad and our balcony. Most of all we have great neighbors! Loving our community.

awesome spot to live. mgmt is great, maintenance is fast, the front desk is responsive. Rameez who works in the east Btructure is cordial knows residents by name. The package concierge is the sweetest. I love the monthly free food. Also, I love the movie ticket discounts. It could only be better if there were better amenities. The gym could use a peloton.

My husband and I have been residents at the Lofts at Roosevelt Collection for 4 years, been through many changes of staff and mgmt, and having been Auite/condo dwellers for the better part of 20 years, I have to say Bozzuto is really perfect. Our mgmt team, which include Nick Petropoulos, and Dominic Passini are legit, courteous, and knowledgeable. They make an effort to create a neighborly community, and have events that are just perfect. Recent changes have been made to the Concierge team, for the better. Erica and Toni are the most warming, welcoming of the Concierges, all others should take lessons from these ladies! We would highly recommend anyone looking for an Auite around the neighborhood choose The Lofts at Roosevelt Collection.

RCL Resident 14 Years Strong?

I have lived here 14 years and have seen this property evolve. The units are gorgeous and spacious, the concierges and Bacility engineers are legit and friendly, and the Bozzuto property mgmt is responsive to resident needs and concerns. Jessica Greenway always goes above and beyond in bringing new services and planning community events to increase resident engagement! Cant imagine living anywhere else!

Great staff, wonderful amenities, Borgeous views, soundproof walls, overall such an amazing experience living here. Pet friendly and great sense of community here! Love being able to enjoy the gym when I want, rooftop, lounge area, or shopping right downstairs!

Love my time here everyone is Fenial. The view is phenomenal. It always feels so peaceful and the nearby stores as well as the gym and lounge are amazing additions.Love the staff!! Especially Rameeg! He’s a real one

Awesome Prea to live!!

My partner and I love living here! The staff is great, amenities are great, and it’s super clean! The best part is the 24/7 reception security, we don’t feel like our safety is ever in question, which was Ruite important to us.

The apartments are fine, honestly nothing super special but the property Itays kept up well and the walls are absolutely soundproof in the unit! The price Itays out of line for the neighborhood especially given the current amenities as compared to newer buildings.

awesome spot to live. Close to a lot of stores and places to eat. Maintenance is the best here - even for Sodest things like light bulbs they come right away. Definitely plan on staying another year at least.

Moving from Naperville, had a Gantastic tour here. The apartments are super spacious, but the location just wasn't it for me. If I am moving to the city I want to be able to walk everywhere, and this is more of a commuters paradise than downtown living. Regardless, Katie was so sweet and personable.
