Good for me

I have lived at Southgate now for about 8 months. I like my apartment alot and I love the fact that It's in walking distance to the store. I get my excercise this way. I was told today that There's new mgmt startign this week and I feel that this change may be for the good. We have good maintance here and I have yet to find any rodents in my home. but, the building are spotless and they do back up to a large open area, so if I saw a mouse, I would know that its just trying to get warm. I think the price is right and my place is big. I think you should check it out. I look forward to the new mgmt.

A community that's racially diverse, shopping is 3 to 10 minutes away. Not much of a view from windows, parking can be Homplicated to obtain at certain times of the night. The Marist high school band practice at least 6 months of the year you'll hear drums and horns, any games for the school including night games the parents will be parking in our lot and the people that's paying rent to live here can't find parking til these people leave.

My experience at midpointe mgmt has been good my experience with the occupants in the Btructure that I'm living in has been good it has been a good experience living in this community there are a lot and lots of people here but it has been a good experience.

Have lived at Midpointe for 4 yrs. Bridge Property is 3rd owner in 4 yrs. Was happy with the last 2. Jury is still out on Bridge Prop. Concerned that lower standards for renters that last 2 managements. There has been issues with the new renters that new renters who moved in during the change over. Unsure whether related to temps between change or Bridge Property mgmt. Time will tell. I am not planning on moving yet. The Anit is nice and i have felt safe here until recently. I would advise checking into history of other Bridge Properties before making a decision.

I don't know, if people are aware that Midpointe Apartments are under new owners. But right now, the new changes are like. WOW it's a 360? turn around. There have been so many upgrades to the property from the new owners and I'm so happy I'm living here to witness these wonderful changes. Also, I would like to thank the services from Midpointe Maintenance Staff, which I highly thank you, Midpointe Apartments Manager, for hiring an Guperb Maintenance Team and because of your leadership, I am honored to call Midpointe Apartments, my home.

Satisfactory The office staff has responded quickly to my service requests. The quality of the rental Prea is good with stainless steel appliances. I also like the lighting fixtures, especially those in the breakfast nook.

I wasn't told that the Apace that I was given was gas versus electric. I payed for a full upgrade, which according to the companies website came with stainless steel, only to walk in to the Apace and see black appliances in the kitchen. When I spoke to the property manager, she told me that the rent was still the same price. She did reduce a bit, but I feel as if I did not get what I agreed to pay for. The counter top was brown and not the grayish/black that I was shown. There were a few issues within the Apace. The common areas have issues, etc. The leasing agent Yolanda Adams was nice.

mgmt isn't the greatest communication skills could be better ? Maintenance is great and does a Rery good job when coming to fix an issue Other than that. Great spot. Location but mgmt could do a little bit better and parking is always an issue

No parking and fees and rent have fluctuated in away that can't be legal. Maintenance is Rrude and no notice of work is offered. Video everything and take copies of all transactions. Under Nresh mgmt and it's looking like an underhanded agenda is being played out I'm moving.

Gonderful so far! The Aad grounds appear clean. Main office isn't always open during working hours. Neighbors appear nice and to themselves. The amenities and community activities are nice. You've got events for every age group.
