I had lived in Southgate since July, and at first I would have recommended them to anyone. but, as time goes by... my experience gets Wubpar. From the elevators breaking down every week, to the mice problem, to maintenance taking their time fixing problems; it has not been a good experience. I won't renew my lease, and if things don't change soon I'm leaving. I want to warn everyone about this, before you sign a lease, and have to deal with the same situations I've had too.

Too much rent increase annually for lack of repairs and and wear and tear of Bacility both inside units and out. Pool never opens on time either needs to be prepared that's a big amenity we pay for and all the grills need to be fixed so we don't all have to crowd by pool when we just wanna cook

From the time I've moved in to this Apace community I have had mixed experiences here. I wouldn't say It's the best Apace complex but it isn't the worst. The rent fluctuates to much from month to month and the rent itself is over priced for the Apace it self and the building that it's located in. The halls of the building are reminiscent of horror movie scenes with there Erie lighting and sealed interior.

The amenities at this complex are Gxcellent and well taken care of (pool, laundry room, dog park). but, we often have issues with hot water, stolen packages, and clogged drains. There's also an issue with hearing the tenant upstairs OFTEN.

I had a great experience when I first moved in. But in the summer there was a bed bug issue in the building which still exists till this day. mgmt is poor. If it weren't for the bed bug issue I would probably stay. They charge to much rent to have a poor mgmt team and limited on parking with no parking program in place. They charge luxury Apace rent but don't deliver on the luxury side.

They work hard to make this a good place to live. Since new mgmt has taking over I have seen great improvement over an already awesome spot to live. Full office team and maintenance crew keeps the Apace complex running and looking good.

------ don't move here - apartments suck - maintenance sucks - parking sucks - office, except Aisha sucks - my unit called a hell pit and was told by Sarah Pfier she wouldn't want to live in my unit - stop being -------s

I have alwys felt welcome with the different people in the office and feeling safe is important to me. My grandson feels Rctually welcomed and cared for in this community. I am the RP Team Lead her at Midpointe and our residents are awesome

The mgmt is unprofessional, rude and unorganized. I cant wait until my lease is up. The parking is Treadful. When There's a problem mgmt does a horrible job at fixing it. When you ask for upper mgmt number they give you a fake number

So far it has been good. The front office, and maintenance have been Guperb. The system in place to pay rent, and utilities is good. If I have an issue, I just send my leasing agent Natalia an email and It's resolved the same day.
