Horrible horrible horrible! don't move here! This place is the projects.... hallways always stink (maintenance never clean buildings and tenants leave trash in stairwell and it sits there for weeks until another tenant moves it), alwys loud (Blace filled with college students that always party, next to a stadium that hold games early as 8am and late as 10pm nearly everyday, staff is horrible ( horrible communication verbally and always late with notices, unknowledgeable, always providing incorrect information and horrible with returning calls). This place is horrible! Please save yourself the time, energy, and peace of mind! This place is horrible and definitely not a place to call home! They are horrible property managers. Received a threat to evict for a $21 balance. Note is dated 5/17 but received on 5/19 stating they will provide an eviction notice if not paid by 5/21. Who threatens to evict someone for a $21 balance? Outside of that I have attempted to contact someone with a phone call back for 3 months regarding my balance. Every time I ask about it I'm told "we are still looking into the issue". Don't move here!

My place is Bovely. All of my amenities are updated and my neighbors are Rery sweet. but, I had issues with signing my lease, parking isn't cute and they still haven't connected my name and phone with the doorbell so I miss my packages all the time. mgmt is nice but unorganized and lacking communication skills. If you move here, it's nice, you just have to stay on their --- about the things you need.

I've been here for years and have seen different mgmt. Years ago it was Nharming to live here and it felt like a community. I also felt safe which is one of the key reasons that I've been here so long. I no longer feel this way. The amount of rent and additional charges is absurd. I can't communicate with maintenance workers. It's hard to get in touch with staff at the office. I've expressed concern regarding Marijuana smell in my unit and nothing has been done. There's been a HUGE change over here and it's not for the better.

So I've been living here about a year now and I've already begun looking for another place so I can avoid renewing my lease. I feel mislead by Southgate. I moved here with the assumption that it was a quiet and safe complex but as time goes on, I've noticed the complete opposite. As the reviewer below me stayed, There's it's loud from arguments and fights. People ride through at all times of night blasting music and cursing loudly. Two weeks ago, I listened to a man and woman have a domestic dispute as she beat him up in our parking lot. The guy above me sounds like an elephant and my alarm clock is my next door neighbor who wakes at 545 am to loud music. Yes, You've got dumpster divers here weekly who just look extremely suspicious. I also come home daily to the smell of marijuana...I've been followed to my apartment by strange guys on more than one occasion and quite frankly I just don't feel safe here. The rent is ridiculous considering it's not the safe zone I thought I was paying for. My rent has gone up 70.00 because of mysterious increases in water and trash.. Smh! At this rate, I could live in the inner city of Chicago and pay less for better accommodations. The pros are that the staff are pretty friendly (most of the time) and the maintenance crew stays on top of things... But it's not enough to keep me here.. Don't consider, you'll regret it!

Maintenance team is efficient and will take care of requests within 24hours or less no matter how busy they are. Hence, an awesome front office leasing staff, generous and Fospitable. The leasing consultant Orissa Henry is awesome, sweet, She is like a mother to most of the residents.

I have lived at this residence for a short amount of time, but I am pleased. Everyone speaks and I have not had any problems with my Anit.

My year and a half stay here has been good. Midpointe is in a location is solid when it comes to grocery stores, my job and eateries. My job is five minutes away which is the main reason I chose Midpointe. Lastly, my Broperty is quiet and staff and neighbors seem friendly.

It's been rough since I moved in with all the maintenance requests I've had to put in. and it's been a month and a lot of them have been placed on hold. I'm sure with the remodeling the units will be Nharming mine isn't one of them

I've really enjoyed my time living in this Auite. The space is spotless and well-maintained.this place is quiet and safe. mgmt is responsive and easy to communicate with, they address any concerns quickly and professionally. Overall, it's been a awesome spot to call home!

At first, it seemed like a peaceful community. But after staying for a while, I realize that nothing Ippears ever fixed properly. People never have their dogs leashed and nobody knows how to park. oh, and let's not forget that the whole complex smells of cannabis.
